The store was very busy but the staff we interacted with took the time to help us and were upbeat.

There are a couple employees which always make me feel like I should only come to this home depot because they are so helpful. Saeed the cashier is one of them. Great customer service.

3 separate employees did not want to bother to find an item that was showing 4 in stock. I've had similar issue with this store on evening and weekends. Poorly trained employees and many are downright rude.

The store was neat and clean. Staff was courteous and helpful and knowledgeable. The checkout was well staffed to assist at any time needed.

Needed a new sliding door. Michael helped us find the best door at the best possible price. He made it an easy and pleasant experience. Plus I know we are getting a good product.

I had a great experience with Ronnie in the paint department. He helped to guide me to the exact color of paint i was looking for the project i was working on.

You can also find someone to help you find some little thing you need. You can self check out.. if you have heavy things like bricks, they help you load them into your car.

Shaina the cashier makes this store better. I have 5 jobs and work 7 days a week + holidays. I am always behind and never finish my to do list. I am building homes in Denver, which can be very stressful, specially dealing with Denver's awful building department. Shaina always smiles and is so helpful. When I am paying and giving home depot all my money, she makes me feel like it's almost a 2 minute friendly social visit. Shaina makes home depot look good.

Great customer service by Tyler in the Paint Dept. All associates in the paint department are helpful.

The Glendale Home Depot is always clean and organized. The best part is their sales associates that are always knowledgeable about the store's inventory of products and ready to assist as requested. My wife and I recently purchased some patio furniture and needed assistance from "Jenny M. and that's exactly what we received. Jenny assisted us from start to finish with our selection and purchase! Can't beat that. That's the way it should be. She displayed a super attitude throughout the sale. We are very happy about the way we were treated and the purchase of the furniture.

Gene provided great customer service and found the item that I was looking for. He even searched the store to verify that the items were good in stock. We all no that customer service has fallen off, but not in this case.

I went to purchase paint for the outside of my house and the employees there helped me find what I needed and even gave me pointers on how to paint accurately. Thanks much!! :)

The store is set up in away to help you find the products you need, even products that you forgot you needed. The gardening section had great sales. I was able to purchase most thing I needed for this summers garden. Quality products and quality service.

My wife and I frequent this Home Depot for all of our DIY projects. We can usually find what we need and check out quickly. The store is always clean and organized. The cashiers are friendly and when staff is available they are incredibly helpful.

Took awhile to find staff to help. Thankfully, after wandering aimlessly and being ignored by certain staff, Jarrett came to the rescue and went above and beyond the call of duty and saved the day. If the entire staff was as helpful as Jarrett we'd almost be willing to make the drive from south Denver to this store. However, the garden center is short staffed and lacking in certain decorative items that other Home Depots stock. The customer service kiosk was of absolutely no help and seemed preoccupied with eating donuts and chatting among themselves. Very frustrating experience. Find Jarrett and you'll be well taken care of. Otherwise, save yourself the frustration and go to a different store.

My main issue with this store (I do go to it regularly as it is close by) is that it has far too many displays in the aisles and that there is seldom enough registers open causing long lines to pay. Also, customer service is usually swamped which clogs the entry door making it difficult to get into the store. Might be time to consider driving a bit farther to Lowes.

love it, love hardware stores Although I love this store, it seems like I can never find someone to help me out. When I do finally find someone they are knowledgeable and friendly. I winter in Arizona and it seems like they either have more employees or are able to help more employees.

The pre-scan of your items before you get to the check out register is an AWESOME. The line moves very quickly!
