Closest store to my home, but I work all over town and find myself, coming to this location even when another might be closer, due to stock and associates at this location

Alicia in paint was great. Mikita at the register was phenomenal. She was friendly, professional, wow does she know the products.

CSR's had vast knowledge of trimming equipment, very helpful in selection.

Paul Konrad was very helpful with his product knowledge and he listened to what I wanted.

Customer service from new associate was commendable and obvious that he wanted to please me.

I fully enjoy shopping the Glendale, Co store. Pleasant employees and helpful.

I just purchased all of the materials for a bathroom remodel and was very pleased with the options available to me, ranging from plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures, to tile options. Good range of options for natural and man made stone. The woman in tile was particularly helpful and willing to help me evaluate my choices. There was another woman at the Service Desk could do the job of about four people and was very efficient when I had the inevitable returns. A great experience all the way around.

The associates at this store are extremely helpful.

It seems almost every time we go in for paint we have to wait at least over 10 minutes to actually order the paint. There were over 5 people waiting and only one sweet associate. Need more people!

Ignored by associates in the hand tools department area...only the associate at the entrance was helpful, and they told me to go to the wrong isle.

There are so many associates that are available to help with what you need. I love this store not just for the people, but for all the great products that are available.

Store Manager-Mr. Brain Metcalf : Home depot should be very proud to have an employee like Mr. Jarad ( plumbing ).He goes over and beyond to help customers and make them feel comfortable in doing their projects.When I see Mr. Jarad in the store I always say Hi and thank him for all the help he has given me thru the years.He is an outstanding employee !!! Finding a person to help is a very difficult process in any of the Home Depot stores. The in store computer inventory is no where near accurate. Prices are good. The store is not as clean or well organized has Lowe's

It was a typical home depot. can rarely find anyone looking to help , and have to stop staff if able to find any first off . Then unfortunately most of the staff is not much help . It is rare any more that I even try to reach out to staff for help. they are paid hourly and not very well judging the pace the move.

I would recommend this store if the individual already knew the product they were looking for and didn't need help from a sales associate.

Another trip to the store in the middle of a job because I ran out of material. Fast and easy experience. Products are placed right next to the entrance during the busy season (Evaporative coolers) which saves a couple minutes. Checkout usually takes less than 1 minute which helps me get back to the job site as soon as possible.

Had wonderful help loading my mini-van and even had to put items on the roof of my car!

Store associates are generally very helpful and the store has everything you need for home improvements.

Clean, orderly, and many people ready to help. Also, great carts for kids to ride in while shopping - they look like race cars and have steering wheels.

I visited this store twice in one evening. I'm working on a project for work and needed polyurethane. The paint associate was very knowledgeable and helpful. My only complaint was that she was so busy that she could not stop to really assist me. I understand that things get busy, but it would have been nice to have two associates working to get a little bit more information. I am happy because I got the product I needed, and she was very friendly. Later that night, I decided to go back to get some pricing and measurements for a home project that I am thinking about doing. Two gentleman in lumbar asked me if they could help me. I told them no, just getting prices. They asked me what kind of project I am planning on doing and ended up giving me advice on what kind of wood be the most appropriate. They were very helpful and I have new ideas on what I want to do. I would go back to this store if I was in the area!

Our Customer Assistance Associate was friendly, helpful and very efficient!! She made the experience as enjoyable as possible!

I took in some paint to have the color adjusted, which is a fantastic thing Home Depot does. However, I had to wait over 20 minutes for a paint employee to help me. The paint associate that ended up helping me tried her best to fix my paint, but didn't seem to have enough knowledge on color mixing to effectively solve my color problem.

All this rain made its way into my basement. With more on the way, I headed to HD to get a window well cover. My house is too old for the round shapes available now so the HD associate found me looking at them and proactively asked if I needed help! He ended up custom cutting some particle board for me and we spoke about other long-term options to create my own cover. In the meanwhile, the windows are covered and dry! Let it rain!!

I was interested in some redwood planks (6" X 6') but the prices were not on two of the stacks. I needed to get back home so did not take the time to find an employee to check the prices. Also the lighting aisle was crowded with 3 rolls of outdoor grills and stacks of charcoal and lighter fluid. This made it difficult to examine the selection in lighting.
