I use only Ryobi tools and have for many years I really like the 18 volt batteries fit my complete tool collection I have nearly every tool made by Ryobi and attachments these tools make my job as a carpenter for over 35 year's a lot easier and less stressful I haven't had to return a tool yet I have some that are over 20 years old great tools at a great price for the working man.

Shout out to Jenny! She was so helpful to place an online order for us. Very professional, and super friendly!

Having trouble purchasing refrigerator online. Came into the Granbury store and Austin in the appliance went above and beyond outstanding help and service.helpful, great attitude, made the sale happen that made us happy customers.

We typically go to the children’s activity and all the people that help with that are so helpful. Our favorite employee in the store is Jack! He is so helpful!!

They did an excellent job from the finding of the products I was looking for to the exit just a wonderful job

I had to return a lawn mower because of manufacturing defect. They made the returning process easy. I bought a different mower and it works wonderfully.

Bought some new Milwaukee M12 tools for their smaller size (my bigger ones are Dewalt) and tools were easy to find, available and employees very helpful. Granbury store is my favorite HD store.

Madison at the paint counter is absolutely amazing! He's so sweet, goes out of his way to help. I'm very appreciative of him!

Bought ;& paid for on July first with delivery promised August 20 ---- long wait . One star because I don't have the product yet.

I went into the other top Box store, no one was there to help, It was very quiet, no help, then I went to HD right after that! It was busy and I got the help I needed! Thank you!

We bought some flooring material to use as a table top for a utility room or workroom. We explained the project to a clerk and she took us to the appropriate location. Another employee joined us. We explained to them that we were looking for some nice flooring material that would be suitable for a table top. We knew that we were doing something that was not ordinary but we had a good plan in mind. Both employees were very interested in this project and wanted to know more about it. They helped us find a product that was really good for our project. We left very satisfied with the product and the customer service extended to us. The lady at the checkout counter was also very friendly and helpful. The attitude of store employees make the shopping experience very pleasant.

I drive out of my way to go to the Weatherford store rather to the Granbury store because there does not seem to be adequate employee staffing to handle the needs of everyone that comes in their. Particularly at the Customer Service Desk, flooring, lumber, rentals nor the contractors desk. Recently found you have decided not to carry samples and it takes weeks to get a flooring sample from online. The wait for any help is extremly long and the employees at the customer service desk can't smile or offer any type of decent customer service.

I am pleased with the salesperson who worked with us last night. She was nice and helpful. My only displeasure is with a text message I got this morning that evidently was bogus. It said there was an update on my order but the link kept saying there was a problem. Everything about the text looked legit except for not allowing me to see the update. I chatted online with a representative who checked my order number and assured me there were no updates that we are still scheduled for delivery Tuesday.

Works good, as described.

On an average trip, I have found maybe one of three clerks will ask if they can help you find something.

I buy almsot everyday from this location. Almost everyone have always been courteous and helpful.

Everyone is just way too busy to be nice or helpful. The customer does not matter at this location. Even when you get someone’s attention the response is always similar to “What”? Can you tell I’m busy??
