Finally got around to return a xmas tree purchased in Dec 2022, in Sep of 2023. Was worried that I would need to return to the manufacturer, but with my receipt, Home Depot honored it's 365 day return policy and gave me a full refund and returned the credit to my Home Depot CC. AWESOME!

The employees are so helpful, friendly and professional. Such a great shopping experience. Elva in cabinets is so great.

I ordered a part for my ring doorbell!

I recently had to return a weed eater that malfunctioned. The lady at Customer Service (Haley) was extremely helpful and quickly replace the unit. The next day I returned with questions about the new weed eater, and the manager (Jansen) was also very helpful and reinforced my view that Home Depot people really do care about the customer! Great job!

Having a construction company that covers the DFW metroplex makes visits to Home Depot a daily occurrence for our company. Our in house rule is that all of our crews must purchase their items at the Greenville Location prior to heading out for the day. Reasons: employee knowledge of products, availability of the products we need and use on the daily, a pro desk that is equipped to handle our orders efficiently and effectively every time. And mostly the management team: Patrick, Jeannie, Daniel, Cynthia, Shanna and every other one! They go out of their way to make sure that every single time that I am in there it was worth it. The Greenville Management team has by far the strongest presence of any that we visit in the Metroplex. They are on the floor interacting and assisting customers and employees continuously letting you know that your choice to shop at Greenville Home Depot is more than appreciated.

I had a couple of problems with stock and an online order. Mary and the other lady at the service desk on the morning of 9-22-22 went above and beyond the requirements of great customer service. This store has the staff ready to help. you cant turn a corner without seeing one of the Orange bibs. It was a relief to get the direction I needed and I didn't have to search the store for help. I will be back.
