This store has everything I need, is close to home, and has really great customer service and nice staff!

Everything is easy to find, store has a great product locator app, and employees are nice and helpful here. The store is clean and we'll organized.

The staff at this store is exemplary! Would be Extremely helpful if they had more than four cashiers through out the whole store on a Saturday morning.

Every time I go in there if I need help customer service is always there to assist me something always special is happening to me I got a free gift one night when I came in there yes Home Depot is the store and I'm telling you you need to go in there and whatever you need they got it the attitudes or beautiful and they're not puffing they smiling and they always say have a good day and come back and I always come back that is the home store to go to for your needs and especially to be treated with such love and guess what and always get a surprise. I used to shop at Paris Texas Home Depot. My last visit was on the phone over some composite decking material. I went through 3 people including a manager, and never got a call back or resolution to my problem. I called the Greenville store and received help right away. They had to order my materials and handled it very fast and very professional. Great difference in customer care. I will be shopping here from now on when I need Home Depot.

Last year our house burnt down and for the past year we have been rebuilding. Our contractor, Mike's Handyman Services started helping us with shopping around for the best prices and service from lumber and hardware stores and from the beginning of this project your store has been the best. Orange over blue, lol. All the folks at this store have made that task a more pleasurable event, many of you I am on a first name basis with and having friends during this project has been important. All Departments are outstanding from the Pro desk,& Delivery and Loaders, Lumber & Flooring, Windows and Doors, Plumbing and Electrical, Lighting, Hardware, Paint, Tools, Customer Support, Outdoor Power and Landscaping, Management you are doing well, Cashiers, Custodians, Rental, etc... Thank You To all of you I have been in contact with Y'all are outstanding...

Heads up for veterans! Home Depot does not let you use phone numbers for ID if you send some one else (family member) same last name to do your shopping! If this is their policy they need to post it before you get to the check out. When I asked for help to load this item they didn't send anyone capable of loading it. the associate was not helpful, but probably wanted to make sure I didn't steal the item because it was self check out. I'm 86 years old and the h/c unit probably weighed 150 to 200 lbs.

We prefer Our local Home Depot over all other similar services. The employees are always willing to help, going above and beyond what their job title is.

This stores associates are always very helpful and courteous. They are knowledgeable about their products and give you friendly advice and tips. I have also been asked to let them know how a product works for me so that they can share that information with other customers. Love this store!!

I have lived in the Greenville area since before The home Depot was built. I have always found the facility and the employess very friendly and helpful. I am a General Contractor and I visit the store frequently. If they do not have something I need, they assist me in placing the order and setting up the delivery. I have been a loyal Home Depot customer for 30 plus years and plan on continuing to shop there for my needs.

Have not been to Home Depot in awhile since they do not have a store in Sulphur Springs Tx. and that is where I do 99% of my weekly shopping. If there was a Home Depot there I would be more inclind to shop there also.

Store is well organized. I found the items I needed with no assistance! Great customer service! I needed help getting down a 6 ft. step ladder. I could likely have carried it myself, but super nice employee offered and carried it out to my car. :-) I am new to Greenville, and so far this is the type of customer service I have been receiving every where I go. Every time, it is an unexpected surprise. I am feeling so welcomed. I love it here!

Great store! Their automated kiosks make checkout a breeze, their store app helps me quickly locate products, and best of all, no "loyalty" card required! Their nearest competitor could learn from them!

Ron in isle9 was very polite and courteous and helpful. Natalie at SCO's need, Training on how to help customers with GOOD attitude. Not a don't care attitude will never go by her work area. First and last time for her register. .

We do almost of our shopping for home improvement items at the Greenville, TX Home Depot store. The associates are always willing to answer our questions and they are very helpful. I do not remember shopping for an item and it being out of stock. The prices are competitive, the store is clean, and the employees are courteous. We recommend this store with a 5 star rating.
