They need to keep the outside clean

overall great- cashier wasn't sure how to set up delivery - took 20 minutes to set up. but still love Home Depot

Please convey my gratitude to Bob at the Plumbing section. Each time I need guidance on the parts or materials I need in the Plumbing area, Bob has always been very knowledgeable and helpful.

Mr. Kenny from the Paint Department is the "Paint Guru!" He was so helpful and offered his expertise as I was having difficulty identifying a paint color based on a downloaded photo from the Internet. I appreciate that he did not rush me through this process and offered advice on the type of sheen that would look best. Thank you, Mr. Kenny! You are a tremendous asset to the company!

I have spent much money at Home Depot but was never told about the ProXtra program. Ms. Jocelyn asked me upon checking out if I was a member, which I was not, and educated me about this program. Just two days prior to this encounter, I spent $5,000 on appliances and another $2,000 on tiles. At no time since this Home Depot opened, did anyone ever mention this program to me. I truly appreciate her knowledge and exemplary customer service. Not only did she share this with me, she guided me through the sign-up process. Thank you, Ms. Jocelyn! You are truly an asset to this company and I hope you are recognized accordingly as you genuinely deserve it! :)

Recently got into the home depot app, didnt know there was even one. The thing is its very very laggy, it would make for a faster shopping experience if I can just zoom/ search through my cart list as I go. It would save me a lot of time.

This particular visit I experienced poor customer service from Klowie at self check out and someone and a lady at the customer service counter/. Very disappointing that I had to go and validate that an item I was purchasing was on sale and that a Hope Depot Associate couldn’t. What are they getting paid to do? Even more upsetting that the rep at customer service had nothing better to say when I brought up the issue. She simply said individual couldn’t leave self help and they replied by asking why couldn’t she ask someone else to validate. Is it really my job to walk back and get the information?

Inside a building should not be hotter than outside a building. But come to Guam Home Depot. Everyone's sweating into the carts and on the floor because of the aircon not working.
