Hi. I shopped recently at Home Depot on a Sunday evening. I was still able to locate good assistance; however, I needed to try three different employees as either my description was lacking or their knowledge of its potential location led me to a bit of goose chase. I did have the picture of the item with me It was a Safety 1st OutSmart Lever Handle Lock which I was looking for. Regardless, I got what I needed.

The store is cleaner than the Hawaii Home Depot. The Guam Home Depot’s store representatives are friendly than the Hawaii Home Depot’s store. I think the Hawaii Home Depot’s management have to improve their customer service and emulate and learn from the Guam Home Depot employees hospitality and customer service satisfaction.

I shop at the home depot often. I own several properties that require constant up keep and inprovements. It is a very good one stop store, shelves are usually well stocked. The employees are terrific, and seem to be interested in helping the customers. My only negative comment is the self check area has taken a defenite turn for the worst in the last quarter. Self means you dont want to have little interaction with employees but now they are now there and are agressive, sometimes rude, and make a very good exoetience unpleasant on the way out the door.

When i shop at Home Depot items are always available.

Good day and Happy 4th of July! I hope this email finds you well. I just wanted to reach out and provide some customer service feedback. My husband and I visited your Tamuning, Guam store I believe to be store #1710 on Thursday, July 3rd between the hours of 7-8pm. I was in store needing your HDX 27G Clear Tough Storage Tote & Yellow Lid, I was in the aisle and didn’t see any on the shelves. There was an associate in the area to whom I asked for help and when he and I went to rough the aisles he stated whatever was out is all they had left. I realized I had the HD app and decided to scan the barcode to see if there were any in stock. Another associate, Vince was walking by and had asked if I needed assistance. I informed him of what I was looking for and shared that I checked the app and saw there were over 79 quantities of what I needed. He went around with another associate Kollin, in which they both found the pallet that was way above the shelves. I apologized that they’d have to get a forklift and bring the pallet down as I was only needing 3. They assured me it was not a problem and ensured I got what I needed. I really appreciated their help and all the efforts they made in making sure I left HD with what I needed. They also made other recommendations which I ended up purchasing as well. Please thank them for my husband and I and let them know their customer service was exceptional and does not go unnoticed. I apologize if I didn’t get their last names. But we were so pleased with their service I didn’t want to not give acknowledgement where it’s due. Thank you for your time and I look forward to hearing from you.

My HomeDepot is organized, the staff is super helpful and the layout is on point, in the industry I am in, I visit HomeDepot daily and at times more than once a day. The application to find what I need is decent, it is probably my cell phone service that takes forever to load to the next page. All in all, highly recommend the Guam HomeDepot, the staff is ultra helpful and friendly, they greet me on coming in, paying for my products and are extra helpful. Id hire them!

The ability to buy most items for a project in one location has been a major plus since HD opened on Guam.

Overall experience was good. For your employees that helped, you need more of them. But the sad thing is you have done on the floor that should not be there. They offer no assistance... a glance my way and either look away and not approach or make a sudden turn in another direction. Its funny but not funny. Especially when you have people on the clock that to get in and out quickly. Nothing personal just professional!

I was looking for an item. I was given three different aisles from three different employees. All go it wrong. I end up buying it at cost u less. Staff should know their store. If you don’t know, then refer me to the right person who knows. Smh!

I hope you can bring back, orders like furniture be ordered thru Home Depot. When home Depot first came to Guam, we could order thru Home Depot, and pick it up when the order arrives.

This store is better than some of the mainland stores that I been to over the many years. It is well stocked and seems to get Inventory on the regular.

I loved the prices and products they have.
