The store was mostly well organized. The most positive thing I can say is that Customer Service has improved significantly in recent years compared to years past, and ALL the Associates take time to understand our needs and go out of their way to help. Wonderful! Can't ask for more. I hope you pay them well!!

The store is clean and things are where they belong. I love being able to walk in and walk out. I shop here more than most men. LOL

This prices beat Lowe's prices that's why I always prefer the home depot stores because always find any tool that I want and Lowe's never have nothing

So so needs more stock of chains for what they sale.

It's been a while since I've needed to shop at Home Depot. Today's experience was awesome! Clean store and everyone was MORE than helpful. Special thanks to Delores, her sweet Manager, my cashier Debbie and Hildaga (may have name spelled incorrectly). I got in, received help locating my items and best of all, NO LINES upon checking out. I look forward to shopping their again (soon)

I normally visit the Gulfgate Store daily and I really enjoy shopping there. Most of the associates are friendly and knowledgeable. I rarely have a problem that they can't help me with.

I have never had bad service at my local store at Gulfgate Mall. It can sometimes be hard to find an associate in the aisles, but once you find one they will take you where you need to be and go out of their way to be helpful. I have had cashiers walk across the store and back to get my transaction completed, even when she should have clocked out. Friendly, nice people.

I could not find what I was looking for and the associate was not helpful.

The two associates that help me was great thanks to tequila and kayla

No one in departments when looking for items. Too many people around but no one to assist. Cashiers available but inform the can not leave area calls to overhead paging ignored

I don't like that they don't give the 5% discount when using the home depot card at this location it should be consistent everywhere

I have been to other Home Depots and The Gulf gate location is always so clean and well stocked. I usually stop there in the AM. The employees are very helpful and friendly. I have had to purchase electrical supplies lately and a very nice young man has always helped me. His name is Terry Bates. He is very knowledgeable in that field. I wish that my Home Depot in Pasadena had him there. Sometimes you just have to go out of your way for the customer service so that you have a nice experience spending your money. Pro Desk is knowleageble, knows where all of the items are and electrical department always there to help us find the items were are looking for.

I like this store and it has a lot what you looking for and it's a big store you will get turn around if you don't know the store and know where to go to find what you looking for you might would like to get assitance so someone can help you what you looking for

I usually shop around with our electrical parts vendors but home depot was cheaper and easier for me to go pick up materials.

My experience when purchasing my new range was extremely pleasant. The sales person was just so helpful which made all the difference in how comfortable I felt with making my final decision to proceed with the purchase.

HD Continues to do nothing about the loitering men in the parking lot trying to find work. I do not feel safe in the parking lot and always worried my truck will be broken into. This store is in a very rough part of town and unfortunately close to my office at work. If I can go to Lowes which is close by, much cleaner and no loitering men in the parking lot.

Having never been in this particular HD I still able to navigate easily to the plumbing department. Sales Associate pointed me to the replacement shower heads. Nice selection in styles and pricing. I selected 2 different one and bought both.

THE GULFGATE LOCATION IS NUMBER 1 FOR COURTEOUS, PROMPT, HELPFUL, KNOWLEDGEABLE EMPLOYEES. I FEEL THAT THE STORE REFLECTS THE MANAGER. I INFORMED THE MANAGER PREVIOUSLY ABOUT THE POWER CARTS THAT WERE RAGGEDY AND NOT WORKING. AT TIMES I NEED ASSISTANCE IN WALKING. 2 WEEKS LATER, THERE WERE ALL NEW CARTS AND IT SEEMED THAT SOMEONE NOW HAS THE RESPONSIBLITY TO SEE THAT THEY ARE CHARGED AT ALL TIMES. IT MADE MY SHOPPING EXPERIENCE BEAUTIFUL. MADE ME ANXIOUS TO GO BACK. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AND AWAYS WILL BE WHAT DRAWS CUSTOMERS TO A BUSINESS.

The Store is very clean and easy to find what you want

I was in and out of the store in no time. I went straight to where I needed to go, got my stuff, did self checkout and was done in 10 min.

I received excellent help from the store associate. The knowledge the associate had made me feel confident I was purchasing the right items for my project.
