The product selection was good in the appliance dept. If you have to ever go to that department look or ask for Donna she is great.

I was surprised to find such a wide assortment of perennials in mid August. I found everything I needed for my garden project. All items were fresh, healthy and well cared for. I am even more thrilled now that the project is complete and everything looks beautiful!

Buying from a home store can be frustrating just like our experience with Lowes. We were looking for tiles and in Lowes, we could hardly get someone on the floor to assist us. But when we went to HOME DEPOT and had LAURA in flooring, this was our best experience ever. I have shopped in Appliance department and commended Bob and Mike but no one can top the assistance we got from LAURA. She is an amazing employee for being friendly, patient, knowledgeable and great work ethics. She even went beyond by checking the other stores and made a call to the other HOME DEPOT store so we will definitely have all of our tile requirements. She even had to call the Manager of one of the stores for she got frustrated for having her put on hold for more than an hour by one of the store associate. She is consistently friendly for we have encountered her already on the first time we went to the store and check all your tiles. But she exceeded our expectations. I complain when I feel I need to. But if I had an associate who deserves the commendation, I will go out of my way to do it. LAURA IS AN ASSET TO YOUR STORE. You can promote her and I am sure, she is capable and deserving to be one of your Managers. KEEP IT UP LAURA! You will go a long way. I am hoping HOME DEPOT will give you the recognition that you well and highly deserve.

Our refrigerator went out while we were on vacation. We walked into the store and Donna greeted us. She was so friendly and made a great suggestion on a fridge we should purchase. After being upset over the loss of our fridge Donna made purchasing a new one so easy. The sale price of the fridge was excellent. We bought a nice size fridge for 500, plus we then bought a freezer for 179! It is hard to find good prices and customer service. Thank you Home Depot and Donna!

His welcoming personality and excellent service make my buying experience outstanding, above and beyond my expectation! He is a great asset to this business!

If you can find a Home Depot associate in the store, or on the phone, they usually provide good service. Fore example, I am very satisfied with JJ Strothers in flooring. He is professional and exceptionally helpful. Others in his department are often clueless, however. In tooling, you have to hunt down someone for help who often cannot answer questions. The check-out associates do process your purchases in jiffy, typically.

The store associates are very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Specially, JERWIN in paint department. BOB and MIKE in Appliance Department. All of these staff made our visit very pleasant! They are assets of this store!

It is always a pleasure to shop at the Hackettstown Home Depot. I have been to other locations and have been very disappointed. Hackettstown is extremely friendly, clean, bright, and well organized.

The Pro Desk is supper, the Manager Mike is awesome, JJ from Kitchen and bath or tiles and Jamie they are all outstanding. However Hackettstown home depot I think the people there is really nice I cannot think of a bad experience. I love to go to Hackettstown Home depot they always give me great ideas on how to do little projects.
