This store always has associates willing and ready to assist. Everything I need is easy to find, and it's always an easy "in and out."

I was able to find items quickly.The quality was very good,something that I demand in my purchases. I am always willing to pay a bit more for a top-of the-line product.

I shop at this store regularly and have been totally satisfied with the experiences.

The in store associates made this painless and efficient; the availability for assembly and delivery made it a no brainer...great job by Brian and Bill!!!!!

The store is well designed and they seem to have everything ! People arevery nice and there are no lines at the cash registers. Asked a few questions in the paint area and received some engaging responses. Well done.

I am always able to find a person to help me with any questions I may have. They are all friendly and well versed on the topics at hand.

I was in a rush and it was a crazy day but Customer service desk helped me resolve a unique situation, At the same time the Contractors desk found my lost H-Depot card called me then found me in the store and hand delivered it to me.Lumber cut a bunch of plywood for me(I Love That!)and had it ready while i completed my shopping after it being obvious i was having a difficult time,another employee offered to push my material cart to my car. Great Service that you can't fake,Either they got it or they don't. My Home Depot Has Got It !!!

The associate Laura in window treatments was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!! She gave us ideas and suggestions and really took her time with us! We wound up getting something different that we had planned and we are very happy with the purchase! She postponed taking her lunch to cut all of our window treatments AND placed a custom order for us as well!! I wish all departments had employees like her! She made it a pleasure to shop today at the Hackettstown Home Depot!!!

MY APPLIANCE SALESPERSON "FRANK" WAS AMAZING. He was very informed about all the products I asked about. He knew exactly what I needed and wanted because he really listened.

I have to say that this has been the best associate help that I've ever received. I truly hope everyone is as lucky with their shopping. Great people!

The store was well organized and areas were labeled so it was easy to find the items I needed.

Alberto, Gina, and Jonelle were of excellent assistance in helping me with my order. They registered me for Pro Xtra Rewards and entered my entire order, which was about 5 carts of bulk items, into the Bid Room very quickly. Each time I go to this Home Depot I seek one of them for assistance. Thank you for your help and I look forward to doing more business with this store in the future.

On an even exchange on color choice - I was asked for my driver's license or I couldn't make the exchange !!! This is a clear invasion of privacy and an opening for identity theft !!! BEWARE !

Associates at Home Depot go above and beyond to help. They had the dwarf frut trees I wanted.

Lots of associates available to help, does not have the best garden section, would recommend phillisburg Home depot for garden

had to open mulch pallet to get mulch no one around.

The rental agents were extremely helpful in helping me selecting the tool I needed and loading into my car.

One of the employees loaded the cart & loaded my car. A very pleasant shopping trip. I am sorry I forgot his name. The employee is a great example of service with a smile.

Excellent experience with store personnel assisting in the purchase of a Honda mower, fixing/taping damaged box, checking out quickly via Customer Service register, and loading onto my pickup truck. They came over to assist without being asked, and offered to assist me in loading into my vehicle. From my research I knew which model I wanted: HRR2169VKA. The associate refused a tip and the whole experience took less than 10 minutes. I'm a very satisfied customer.

I prefer HomeDepot to other stores mainly because I find there are always adequate number of associates, their willingness to assist you and the number of check outs besides self check out that are open-along with an associate at the self check out to assist. Every associate at this store that I have encountered has been pleasant and happy to help.

Did not have Ortho ant & termite killer, had to settle for another brand "Bayer".

The Staff at this location are very HELPFULL! I will only shop at this Home Depot in my area.

Very helpful associates, store is a reflection of Managers social and management skills. They are always ready to bend the rules within legal parameters to satisfy their customers. We are a growing rehabilitation company and Home Depot is our first choice. Bravo
