Great until you have a RETURN
Waited in line for a RETURN, and then the trouble began.... Couldn't process it, so I said I would look around... Came back same deal... They said they would take the part, and call me, I asked for a receipt... They were hesitant,so I waited again for the manager, he was not available, so finally a supervisor came and was able to process my return...
Well I had been there since about 5pm for about 45 mins by now, and upset... more to the story, but suffice it to say, all is good until you return something, or the product doesn't work... Good luck, M0

Mixed results
The service was quick and courteous, but stay away from the key copying "service". The young man who copied the key I brought in made copies. The only problem is that none of them worked in the lock they were supposed to fit.

Great Service from Paint Department
On my recent visits to the Paint Department at Home Depot, I was given professional and knowledgeable information from Phil who informed me about the paint I needed and answered all my questions. I got the products I wanted and was extremely satisfied with the knowledge that came with them. Thank you very much Phil!

Surprise!
Having been to this Home Depot in the past and have been satisfied in general. But after going to Lowe’s this week to purchase a kitchen appliance we were happy and amazed to find that they had the exact appliance that we were told would have to wait 3-6 months at Lowe’s just down the street. Not only that but the employee was helpful and did not try to upswell or include extras. Happy we went there after hearing some bad stories

Never feel lost or alone in this store
I was greeted and asked if I needed help, silly me said no “I’ve got it”… well as I wasn’t sure where I would find my item, so I ambled aimlessly. Within a few minutes, another employee approached asked if they could help..this time I was smart enough to say YES.. He lead me right to the garage door openers, stayed while I made my decision(with his guidance. Asked if I needed anything else before he thanked me for choosing Home Depot, before he headed off to go back to where I found him… Great experience for this senior Citizen.. Thank You
