The cashier at Pro Checkout was the friendliest Home Depot employee I have ever met! He was upbeat, and positive while helping me apply for a Home Depot credit card. I was in the store on this occasion for almost an hour, and the other employees on the floor were eager to help, and go out of their way to help me with what I needed for my project.

Each and every time I've ever been in this particular store I can find a helpful employee almost immediately. They're also quite knowledgeable about many different products.

As soon as I entered the store I was greeted and directed to the correct aisle that I was looking for. Elderly gentlemen was very knowledgeable of door handles and assisted me in purchasing one. Great help both on aisle and from cashier.

It was George Bernard Shaw who once said, "Some men see things as they are and ask why. Other men see things that never were and ask why not." To this end, I must recommend Robert, an associate at your Hadley, MA store. When I entered your store, I was a degenerate alcoholic; hardened by a long and painful winter in a shack I had constructed behind a Wal-Mart. I went to your store looking for light bulbs; as you may be aware, lightbulbs are the currency of the homeless as building materials are often the second-to-last recourse available to us. We entered and encountered Robert. He pointed out the lightbulb aisle, and we went there. He has about him the hard blue glow of higher purpose. My life was at its apex, a violent and spastic crescendo of an orchestra with only one tune. But that was before I saw Robert -- sweet, innocent Robert. His efficiency and attention to detail, notwithstanding his absolute commitment to customer service, render him your greatest asset and I commend him.

The self-checkout associate was extremely helpful. When I picked up the wrong product, she helped me void the transaction and held my register while I went and found the correct item!

Great experience in the paint department. Associate was able to match a paint using only the dried paint on a can cover!

The flooring associate was so patient and helpful in the selection of new carpeting for my home. I appreciate good customer service and have to say this gentleman went above and beyond to explain the process and answer questions. He never once rushed the purchase. I felt confident that I was getting a product that would last for a long time.

I needed a bunch of reflective markers to mark my driveway for the snowplow, and Had been to another store and the price was very high. Decided to try Home Depot and as soon as I walked in the store, an associate asked me if i needed help finding something and i told her and she pointed me in the right directions. Not only did i find the reflective markers but there were many in sock and at half the price of the other store -- so i ended up buying a few extra,Thanks Home Depot!

I went to customer service to request assistance and within 1 minute a sales associate was there. He knew the products and explained how they were used. I have always had positive experiences when I shop at Home Depot.

Department Supervisor was excellent providing a good and supportive help. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in to buy two sinks and feathers.

Bought everything on my list. The first person I encountered pointed me in the right direction.The person in the carpet department advised me and found the best suited items for my application. The person in the lumber department helped locate what I needed, then cut several different items to the lengths I needed. The person in the hardware department helped me locate the correct items I needed. The person at the checkout helped me open an account and saved me $50 in the process. Awesome!

Everything is laid out so that things can be found quickly. In those circumstance where I cannot find something, associates are very cheerful about helping me.
