This is how shopping should be! Ease into and out of the store; clean, well lit, well stocked, well marked aisles; associates that are knowledgeable and professional - there when you need them, but still available when you don't need help.

The paint department is great with Michelle, Tracy, and JJ. I go by two Lowe's to get to your store. I appreciate the associates, the pricing, the quality of products, the store's layout, and the relative cleanliness of the store and garden department.

Even though very busy, the paint guy was, helpful, friendly and happy to help. The cashier was also helpful and had a very nice sense of humor. Good Job. People wise again and again Home Depot, by far out does Lowes. Lowes people are unresponsive, or just not there. If they are there they don't care.

The appliance associates at the Hagerstown store are some of the best I've ever run across. For a non-pushy, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly shopping experience, I'd highly recommend them all. Debbie went above and beyond though! I'm a very discerning and research oriented customer. Debbie was not put off by me, instead she spent the time and energy to further my education on all the new Kitchen appliances. After more research at home, based on the new information Debbie provided, I returned to the store in hopes of seeing Debbie and placing my order for a new fridge, stove, and microwave. I was delighted that she was there and she again was very helpful as my wife and I made the final decisions between the few models we had whittled it down to before arriving.

The people were very helpful an knowledgeable about he products they ee selling. The associates were much friendlier than theit couster part store.

The store was clean and aisles uncluttered. The associate in the paint department was very helpful.

The isles on the store are well marked which makes the products easy to find. I received assistance in a timely manner and the cashiers were very friendly and helpful.

They took the time to research the difficulty my husband and I were having trying to order the online products. They resolved the problem so that we could get the product we wanted. We are so thankful for the understanding and patience shown. Thanks to both of them.

Best helpers paint, flooring, titles, and electrical

This was the best Home Depot I've ever visited. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable. The layout of the store was organized making it easy to find the items I needed. I have made this my "go to" hardware store.

Shopping at this store in Hagerstown, MD always is a pleasant experience. if we only had a store in Cumberland, MD like this I would shop there all the time.

I usually pop into this location when we are headed to our cabin and every time it is such a smooth experience. Associates are always around when I need assistance, cashiers are super friendly and they have people outside to help you load.

We're always satisfied with the store. Home Depot is our first stop when doing home renovations. People are helpful and always polite. In fact, the associates put the customers first even when the store is closing within minutes. They give you time. My sons love the kids' workshop!

Always get help loading my trailer. Service desk sometimes give me free bottle of water (good Treat) I bought 20 sheet of drywall and it started to rain and they had drywall bags and they wrapped them for me without asking. Great job

I came in to Home Depot looking for a specific size staple for a staple gun. I had one of the staples but didn't know the size. Two gentlemen assisted me in finding exactly what I needed. I had my service dog, Eve, with me and they ignored her which is what you should do with a service animal unless the handler allows it to be pet. So that was very helpful as well since she is still in training. I had a wonderful experience today and will definitely be back to the store soon!

I travel past two Lowe's stores to get to this Home Depot that is actually out of state for me since HD has very few locations in PA (hint, hint). Every department is staffed by well trained associates...Michelle, Tracy, and Nathan in the Paint Department are awesome...They take the time to listen to me and always seem to have the answer(s). Great job by the people of this particular store.

The store was very clean and organized. I was in the garden center looking for a butterfly bush, which I purchased, but the plants wer so beautiful I bought two more.

Came into the Store and immediately created by store associates willing to help, Friendly and curtious. Helpful knowledgeable with what I was looking for and found the product which was listed on sale in the store sales flyer was available and of the highest quality. Store was very well organized and clean. During my visit at least four separate store associates ask if they could be of any assistance. I Love Home Depot and will never shop anywhere else for my building supplies or household needs, You have the kitchen sinks and anything I need. Great experience, Best A+++++++++
