The associate, Clark, who assisted me with loading my drywall was great, excellent attitude and very friendly. I wish all of my experiences in stores was this pleasant. Keep up the good work Clark!

I would just like to say, I was having a relatively bad day, a client had cancelled, my 8 month old son was feeling a bit sick, and I was running on fumes, with little sleep, and not having had a chance to eat all day. The time and effort that your lot guy, Clark, put into helping me out, really cheered me up. I didn't know where to go, I'd never ordered online before, and I needed these items ready, and needed to get back to my current job. Well, he could see I was lost, and asked if I needed help, I explained to him my situation, and he redirected me to the pro desk, waiting around as I spoke with Janice, she gave him my paperwork, and he ran, like, he straight up sprinted, to the back. He came back just as fast, with the cart and my items, I left my stuff there, and decided to do some quick shopping, which he stuck by me, and helped me find the items I needed, once done, he walked me to the register so I could pay, then walked me out the door, all the way to my car, and while I was putting some of my things in the passenger seat, he loaded the bed of my truck. It was an amazing experience, some of those things were extremely heavy! That man's a beast! Would definitely shop at the Hamburg Home Depot again... but you guys should really consider allowing your lot guys to accept tips. A really fine addition to your store, and a really bright light to my previously nasty day. Thank you Home Depot, and thank you Clark.

I always have to find Clark, your PRO loader, which is always easy to do, I just have to tell someone I need loading assistance, and he shows up promptly! He's always friendly, and very cheerful, and not only eager to help, quite able to do so. If he doesn't know the answer, he finds out for me, never fails. Keep him around, and get more like him!

Jay from hardware was extremely helpful! I came in earlier during the week and he helped me out tremendously, showing me different items and rather then pointing to me saying its in this isle four rows down he actually walked me to the isles to show me the item I was looking for and explaining them to me. I then came back again Saturday 8/1 as he told me that's when he would be back and he helped re-key my locks so quickly and accurately! It was pretty busy at that time in the store and he was also busy, but he respected that I had a small toddler with me and wanted to make sure I was out quickly. He put my needs first while trying to shuffle several other customers coming up to him asking questions. He also was in the middle of doing something when I came in with a forklift and said he will be right with me and he was. He knew what he was doing and made sure I was satisfied. You don't find good help like this these days, It's people like him that makes me want to go back to shop there

My husband and I bought a older home and with the house came a new friend the Home Depot. Remodeling and updating inside and out have become a way of life , but at least the people at Home Depot have made our projects much easier . The associates we dealt with have always been great and very helpful .Thank You Sue L

I can find things in minutes of shopping there, the store is clean and the associates are friendly, I cant ask for more.

Really nice Home Depot. The aisles where rather cluttered with boxes, carts, etc. I think they just received a shipment so navigating the aisles was a little tough but other than that, it is a really nice store. And clean too!

So very happy with Joselyn in Appliances/Kitchen and bath. She not just once but 2 times got the information/product I needed. She even tokk my name and number and called me back after to follow up and let me know they do carry the product after she researched the right product for my needs.

I'm made to feel at home with many people to help when needed. Met lots of nice helpful people over the years who have grown in to very knowledgeable people. They help me to please my customer and watch my back so I don't look bad to my customers when I drop the ball and they take care of it when they drop the ball, Make for a good team win win.

I needed two refrigerator light bulbs - expected I'd have a difficult time as its an older refrigerator. I found them in 2 minutes and was home in ten. Love the speed and the self check-out kiosks.

The store associates went above and beyond. They helped with ideas for my project and even helped with making it. On top of that, they seemed more than happy to help. Very thankful and pleased with the service.

I'm familiar with the store from years of visiting, Items needed were easily located and were where I would expect them to be. Was able to get in and out quickly but as normal I catch myself wondering and looking at new projects to tackle LOL. Over all another pleasant experience.

I went in right before the store was closing yet that didn't stop the staff from helping me find everything I need. I didn't feel rushed, and the associates were very helpful. The selection was wonderful and I found everything I was looking for.

Needed to fine tune a room that had been painted. Needed covers for outlets and furniture movers. Not being a saavy hardware store shopper, it was great to have associates there to direct me. Once Ulama directed me to the electrical department, Justin was there to help me pick out and find the outlet covers I needed. He went above and beyond even finding the wide size needed. I then needed to find furniture slides, he told me exactly where they were. A great experience.

I went in the store for a window a/c unit and was out in 15 min. I asked one of the associates for the location and help getting the a/c unit down. Very helpful staff and very knowledgeable of the locations of products.

I think the store is a little expensive but I love that the store has all the items I go there for. I could spend a fortune there and still leave there wanting more.

home depot ordered what I needed when others couldn't .
