Three associates asked me if I needed help finding something. They directed me to exactly what I was looking for (I couldn't find the product in a different store). Got exactly what I came for and the price was great.

The store always has what I need for a project, a gift, or what is advertised on sale. The associates are always helpful no matter what section of the store is entered...gardening, plumbing, seasonal, flooring, etc. It is also a wonderful browsing experience, when I have time to go up and down the aisles, seeing what is carried in the store for possible future purchases.

I did not need help but at the check out like I said Carla was snippy and rude. She told me not to put my wallet at her face?

the clerk was helpful in finding the correct gift tool that I was trying to find, and I hit the check out line just right time to walk right up as the next customer.

I knew what hot water tank was needed by choosing it earlier online. When we got to that section it was readily available with a flatbed cart close by. We didn't need to find an associate for help; check was quick and effortless.

Of all the stores I have shopped at, this one was by far the best experience with the helpfulness, friendliness, and courtesy of the associates. Paint center was quick and employee was very patient. Flooring department was pretty much self explanatory.

I was looking for carpeting and the associate that helped me was very knowlegeable and helpful. She guided me to the exact type of carpet that I needed. I was also surprized that the carpeting was not as expensive as I imagined it was going to be and I also have a store promotion that will save me money. All in all, a pleasant experience.

2 female associates offered a chair to sit in as they passed by me. I was feeding my 5 week old son standing up when they passed me. Thought it was very considerate and as a mother, will bring me back to the store. I just wish I remembered the ladies names.
