all in all good experience shopping clean and clutter free store

The Customer service, was exceptional, they were very helpful. They were knowledgeable, took the time to show as well as explain the items specifications we would need for our dryer. The cashiers were awesome, friendly, efficient and had a positive attitude.

Felix was a very helpful associate and the experience was painless and efficient.

customer service was top notch, the store isles were clean and i was able to finish my purchase with ease. also the restrooms were clean, my wife did appreciate that.

This store is well stocked and it was easy to find what I wanted at the paint section. There were associates available, however, I did not need any assistance for this purchase. I already knew exactly what I wanted and how much.

Rebecca was observant that I was in need of an item in an isle that was closed off due to product transfer. She spoke with the forklift operator and the isle was opened. Then she assisted me in finding the item I was in need of. upon completion of my shopping she then rang up my items with a smile, said ty for shopping at HD and have a great day. Was very impressed with the cleanliness and organization of your hardware dept. I was able to find what I needed right away and to top it off my cashier Gloria was very knowledgeable on the prices for the bolts and washers that I had.I was ready with pictures that I had taken because it never fails that the cashiers don't know the prices but this time it did.I thought she was going to have a hard time with the prices.
