I found some affordable Electrical Solder for repairing my scooter.

The cashier never asked for phone number to put it under my pro account or job name, horrible after that. A manager finally came to address the issue but evidently she is more used to treat with animals and to customer. Clearly not customer service material. Horrible people honestly

If your not a people person don't work at hardware store.

Two registers open for those purchasing lumber and building supplies 6 to 8 people in each line Totally unacceptable

Josh helped me load my truck, he's always professional! Hire more like Josh.

You don't want to know, your customer service is just above TERRIBLE! Totally indifferent employees, no pleasantness, no sense of service, act like I'm interrupting something. Basically stock people, no enthusiasm at all!

After returning a truck the rental department increased the rate by overcharging $100 without my signature!

Is a good store close to home but the store in Roseville was excellent the people were extremely knowledgeable and helpful i wish HarperWoods do the same

I often drive farther to the Roseville store to avoid this location. Staff is not as friendly & helpful but is improving in recent months. Inventory is often a mess & different bulk merch is often mixed together resulting in picking up a few wrong items. When something is out of stock I often have to look in the overhead to see if there is more so I don’t waste time trying to find someone to help me (often a long process) only to find they are totally out of stock. I will not buy re-taped boxes as often I get to my job to find missing parts, lower count or a used tool with missing parts Used to wait in long lines but they have improved this with the new self checkout lanes. Good job!

Manager immediately, apologetically and kindly resolved a botched up on line order. I was very impressed.

The staff seems to be overwhelmed and they don’t seem to be willing to take care of the customers in a timely and respectful manner.

Don’t try to make 2 transactions at Home Depot otherwise you will be accused of shoplifting and embarrassed in front of everyone that is there and even when you pay,,, they still give you the face that you “TRIED” to STEAL.

They have good inventory and always have exactly what I need! If not they always order it for me and it gets delivered fairly quickly. Lamont in paint is amazing, he is very knowledgeable and is always in a great mood.

This location is consistently low-stocked and the cashiers need additional training. The paint and return counters are the most helpful at this location.

This store has very good service, staff very helpful.

I like this Harper Woods Home Depot. It's convenient to my home and the employees are always helpful if you ask for help with an item.

The staff of this location seemed to o move at one speed "slow" and stood around talking to each other not caring that customers were waiting. I had paint to mix and an ex employee walked up and everything stopped to take care of him. My paint sat there until he talked to everyone and got his paint mixed and left even though I was already being taken care of. I noticed every department including the cashier was the same way. I will never shop here again

Yes, I brought my seat but I never put it up yet. I just have to find someone to put it up, but I’m happy what I have and because the kids keep breaking my sink so that’s the reason why I had to buy purchase another sink that’s my third one.

They are very friendly and I always find what I need at that location. I am always able to get assistance if needed.

I am so used to having to seek out some help in these big box stores when I was greeted I was momentarily speechless and the consultant said in a kind voice "Do you want help or not".

I just bought this product, therefore, I have a few weeks before seeing any results. I feel confident after talking to Sheila in the Gardening Department that this is the right product for me since it's my first encounter with such a lawn project ever!

Lazy, apathetic employees, half empty shelves and prices much higher than other big box stores will greet you upon arrival at one of Metro Detroit's worst Home Depot location. Whether it be navigating heavily obstructed aisles with lumber carts or searching high and low for a staff member just to find out they're out of something and have no idea when or if they will get it back you're sure to pull your hair out and switch to blue or green after any inevitably disastrous trip to this location.
