We are remodeling a home and we have found everything we need at this store. Friendly employees and great service.

Contractors call it dirty depot. Can't touch anything with out getting dirty hands.

Home depot at Swatara is my favorite place to shop. I feel welcome anytime I go. Staff are always there to help.

Was very impressed with the layout of the store, cleanliness, and professional-friendly staff. Brandon and Liz in appliances were so helpful. So happy for their help. Was not however happy with the credit department. So difficult to contact.

On 1/2/21 I picked up 10 sheets of glass tile and another item. An employee named Cindy, walked over to me at the self checkout and stated "oh these are so pretty" and then began to count through the sheets of tile that i had in my cart as my receipt printed out. I stood in line like everyone else. She did no go through everyone else's cart. If i were at the grocery store at the self checkout, would the clerk count the items in the cart? This is incredibly disturbing. I told this employee, " if you wanted to know how many i had, why don't you look at my receipt?' She did not and tried to play it off like i didn't know what she was doing! Filed complaint.

The store is clean, never had anyone bad there, always friendly. And Liz, she was wonderful, went further than I expected. Liz is the bomb.

THE STORE IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND THE OUTSIDE OF THE BLDG.IS KEPT CLEAN AND LOOKED AFTER AND THE CARTS ARE TIDY. AS FAR AS YOUR ASSO. YOU HAVE A KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL AS WELL AS PLEASANT GUY ( AND I MEAN IT ,ALL THE TIME , ON MY NASTY ROUGH CURSING DAYS HE JUST HAS A CALMING NATURE ABOUT HIM )YOUR ELECTRICAL DEPT. BY THE NAME OF BORIS ... I DON'T KNOW HIS LAST NAME,BUT THERE ARE NOT A LOT OF PEOPLE YOU CAN SAY THAT ABOUT. THAT'S IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

However be aware that there are large heaters at the checkout line. this used to be welcome but with the mask wearing and building up the body heat I could not stand at the checkout register without fainting due to over heating. luckily the associate was willing to enter all my info for me as I stepped closer to the doors where the heater was not reaching.

Store was clean, easy to find items and friendly staff. I always have a great experience here at this location.

I bought carpet and the price was so nice I genuinely thought they messed up and Im gonna get charged more later for the install but that was also on the bill already. I paid it already and still don't believe it. $401 total for a bedroom.

I have been going to this store for many years. The customer service is outstanding. The employees who are on the floor are always willing to help me find something. The employees who work in the special depts are so willing to make certain that your selection is right for you! I love it there!

Had to do some repairs on my porch roof. Needed to repair some of the decking and wasn't sure which plywood I needed. Couldn't find any employees to help. Then one started up the saw, right behind me. Scared the crap out of me. Didn't enough sense to ask me to move or warn me 1st. Then he just left, without helping me. Next I went to tools, looking for a pneumatic nailer. Again, no employees to help, then one came to move a ladder that was sitting beside me. I tried to ask a question, before I even finished "can I ask...", over his shoulder He said "I don't know". I thought he was being funny. He turned around looks at me and says "I really don't know". Then walked off with the ladder. WORST Customer service I have ever received. Only person in the store that I interacted with that was semi-pleasant was the cashier.

The staff in this store is always friendly and helpful. The store is clean and well stocked. Even when breaking bad news to me, they are very empathetic.

went in for storage shed. Price over product as well as next to it on both sides showed 169. When checking out, price came up as 259. They checked and said product was 259. I went back to check for myself and price tag showed 169. When I asked, I got heavy push back saying everything was just stocked and pricing was correct. When I inquired about another product that was under the 259 price, they discovered it was 439. He offered 10% off the product that I was purchasing, even though the proce said 169 over the product. Can't understand that even the other employee that came at looked at the product said the price was 169 before she scanned it. Upon learning that it was 259, she changed her mind and said it has to be 259, instead of 169.

I live between two Home Depot stores. I choose the Derry Street Home Depot, because this store is comfortable and everyone is ready to assist. Also, convenient in and out of the parking lot.

GREAT STORE, GREAT FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES

Store personnel put the health of employees at risk. Most of the employees I had masks somewhere near their faces but the masks didn't cover their mouths and noses! I asked to talk to a store manager and SHE had HER mask below her nose. I commented on it and the STORE MANAGER huffed off and walked away! Totally rude and disrespectful and unsafe! I won't be back!

Everyone at the store is very hopeful I had a very nice young lady that clean the cart for me personally and brought it to me and I really appreciated that thank you

Consistently one of the worst stocked and dirty Home Depot stores in the Harrisburg area. Only use it if I have a specific single item I need to pick up.
