The sales associate was knowledgable & very helpful. She answered all of my questions. After listening to my needs she directed me to everything that was within my budget. She also helped me to make an informed decision about my choice based on each products features. I walked away feeling I had made a smart purchase. She walked me to the front, assisted me with checkout & even the delivery process. She gave me quality, personal service that is so hard to find in this day & age.

The store is convenient, has friendly helpful service people, and products that every homeowner needs!

Because of Goldie, I continue to return to the store. As an associate who recognized returning customers and takes the time to ask them about the day or the project makes shopping an enjoyable experience.

Spent 10k+ and got treated like pocket change by customer service and management, never going back!!!

I used to be a Lowes guy and I mean for YEARS. However during the past 3 months I make trips to home depot at least 3 times a week. I have done so, because of the help I have received on projects and how friendly people are. I actually made a few friends with Cashiers who ask "what new project are you working on, Dave". Its about the experience and you have nailed it

Home Depot employees were very nice,helpful and I didn't have to do anything but go to the register and pay for my product. They even loaded it for me.The price of the product I bought was $12 cheaper than the other store I visited that day. Someone else had told me they had bought the same product and was very pleased with it and that helped me in my decision also. The store was very clean and it didn't take the worker but a second to tell me where the product was in the store I was looking for so I didn't have to walk thru the whole store to fine it. I would go back the next time I need something for my home.

The Home Depot #4645 in Harrisonburg Virginia has the items I need stocked on the shelves ready for purchase. Shopping is easy and fast. It is obvious this store has excellent management. I have found associates at this store to be well trained as well as very knowledgeable about the products in their departments. Loaders are always right there when you need them. I shop this HD store frequently. I can be very demanding at times, especially if I am in a hurry. Without fail, everyone at this store has been incredibly helpful and friendly.

The girl in the paint department is awesome - she is happy to give advice on her own experiences and helped us to not make the same mistakes that she made during her first foray into cabinet-painting. Many thanks!

On this visit to the Harrisonburg Store I purchased quite a bit of material from numerous departments. My last stop was at the lumber department where I was approached by a store associate who asked if I needed any assistance. I acknowledged that I could use some help and he was fantastic. After assisting me pull all of the lumber products I needed, he did not stop there. He requested the assistance of another associate in the contractor dept., who quickly checked me out. Then I had two associates help me load. As I did not have enough room on my trailer for all of the merchandise I was going to purchase, I set up a pick-up for the next day for the rest of the material. When I returned the next day, the merchandise had all been pulled and ready to load. Again, I had two associates to help me load. A VERY FINE EXPERIENCE

The Harrisonburg VA store is not the closest Home Depot to my home, but it was well worth the 40 minute trip because they had what it takes to make me feel comfortable about buying a complete set of kitchen cabinets. The kitchen designer did an amazing job for me. He came to my home and measured my kitchen. He made me feel very confident about this large purchase.

Upon arrival there was someone to greet and offer help and give store sale flyer. The store was clean and in order,associates waiting in cashier lines to greet and check you out.

I do not often use this store. Due to its location, it is inconvenient to reach, and I have spent more time getting in and out of the parking lot then I have finding what I wanted. However, this time it had exactly what I was looking for at a better price then the local competitors, and I was able to get in during the right time of day to avoid the traffic. This would likely be my primary hardware store if not for the location.
