Associate at the paint desk was exceptional.

Customer Service was not a priority - store manager on duty was not friendly and the associate in appliance was not very friendly!!

Picked up 30 bags of mulch and not one of the employees assisted at all. In fact two of the male employees… Didn’t catch their names… Picked up an empty pallet and left. Go to Waynesboro Virginia, much better employees

The store was clean & nice. There was only 1 product that I couldn't get that my wife wanted me to get if they had it. The associates at the cash register in the garden center were very helpful.

I will cross over the mountain again just to come to Home Depot. You have the refrigerator in stock that I came to purchase. Chip answered all my questions and check out was quick and accurately completed. Every staff member was friendly and accommodating. The store was well organized and clean.

If you are looking for an appliance, go see Coyi at the Harrisonburg Home Depot. She has the best customer service skills, and is genuine and knowledgeable. Her helpful interaction with my daughter and I has made me decide to go to Home Depot primarily instead of other home improvement stores. Thanks Coyi!

Although somewhat inconvenient to get to this store and can be really hard to exit this plaza, the store is better stocked and neater than others

I recently made a drive from my home in West Virginia to the Harrisonburg, Virginia area to visit my daughter at JMU. During my visit I decided to stop by the local Home Depot for a few items we needed back home. Upon entry I noticed how clean and organized the store looked. I was promptly greeted as I escaped the slushy ice falling outdoors. It was dark and cold and I was delighted by the huge heater hanging above the entrance. (Great feature!!!) Noah was at the customer service desk as I entered and his smile and energy were encouraging; he was very friendly and delightfully personable. I ended up needing several items, of which two different associates assisted me in locating. As I approached the front to check out Noah was eager to assist me. He made friendly conversation and was a true joy!! I don’t normally leave reviews but I felt Noah and the rest of the Home Depot 4645 deserved a huge thumbs UP and thank you!! It makes a big difference when you take a moment to be kind and acknowledge others. I was treated as such and wanted to return the gesture! Best to all of you!!

Friendly attendants and very clean environment in the store

Our cashier Joshua is always friendly. We visit home depot Almost every week & he is always really nice to us.

My wife and I had a great shopping experience. We found the products we were looking for easily. Mr. Brandon George, Appliance Specialist, was very helpful and personable. His department was very organized and clean. He especially wanted us to feel very comfortable in his department. He made the comment, "Please call me if you have any questions about the new shower/drain that you ordered." He has alot of respect from his co-workers and his employees that he manages. Thank you Brandon. Keep up the good work.

They need to fix check out machine

They need to fix self checkout, Two of then were not working

Just returned from a Home Depot run. An associate named ITSAIL gave me incredible service tonight. ITSAIL approached me and offered his assistance immediately. ( I’m recovering from Thoracic surgery and cannot lift over 5 pounds.). ITSAIL offered to help me gather my items and even loaded them into my vehicle for me. It sure is nice when someone senses you need extra assistance. In 30+ years of shopping The Home Depot, this was my best shopping experience ever.

During my bathroom remodel, Home Depot employees were extremely helpful and friendly. Although I made changes to my order, the service was seamless. My contractor, who picked up the materials told me he usually deals with Lowe’s, but he was shocked and impressed with the quick/easy pickup at HD! I think you have a new customer!!!
