I like it because of the conscience and products as it relates to a hometown store

Every time you walk in the door, everyone greets you with a welcoming smile. The associates are always helpful and nice.

I have bought a number of things at Hartwell, GA Home Depot. This is my #1 hardware, plumbing, battery weed eater and anything else I may need around my home place to buy. I don't even thing of going anywhere else since I am so pleased with the friendly and helpful service I get at the Hartwell, GA store.

This site is a mini HD and does not have the merchandise as the regular size store.

I often shop in Atlanta, Hartwell, Anderson, and Bluffton. This is my favorite of all the stores - they are always friendly, helpful, and willing to look for products.

The folks at the front desk at this store are great. Friendly & knowledgeable. They are interested in helping people. I have shopped other locations but really like this one.

I bought a battery powered weed eater and it works great

Hartwell Home Depot is located conveniently from my home. It is just to small. It need to be expanded to actual modern home depot like in commerce GA. Hartwell things are stored outside way to much and the organization of items are a little chaotic. Hard to find what u need. And if it is raining half the store is outside no cover.

I shop the Hartwell Home Depot store even though I live in SC. They are excellent, informative, friendly service.

Great experience at this store. Juana and Steve from the customer service desk were helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Chuck, who delivered our material was friendly and professional. All three employees are an asset to Home Depot in Hartwell. I will be a returning customer.

All are helpful but Terry is my go to man he knows the whole store and always willing to help

I purchased $900 on the day I was in the store and I am a Vet. I generally have a discount off my tab for being a Vet. They have all my information, phone number, etc. but they didn't give me a discount

Although it is a small store this Home Depot has a very good selection and it is a great benefit to our community to have this store here in Hartwell. The manager, Jeff, is very active and always helping out and greeting customers. In times like these, when it is hard to get employees, the store does a very good job of staffing.

The store is extremely well managed and all the employees are very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. My checkout person, Brianna, was especially helpful and kind. I really appreciated her assistance. Dave in the garden center was also extremely nice and helpful. We have the best Home Depot anywhere!!!

I needed a few items and assistant took me around the store to get them! I didn’t have to hunt for anything! I was impressed!

I called before I went to Hartwell and Cindy in electrical found what i needed and left it at service counter for pickup, bought other items while I was there.

I can always find the answers to my questions about whatever project I have, the only thing I would like to see would be the store to expand so that they all were the same size so everything is available in all the stores

I went to Home Depot because I needed some paint to paint my exterior posts at my home. I had no idea what kind of paint to get so I asked the nice young girl working in the paint department. She told me I could get primer and paint mixed together in one can and she offered to put it in the paint shaker and she also gave me a tool to stir it with. The employee was extremely helpful and friendly. Great customer service!

I came in to buy a chain saw and no one offered to help me even though I stood there looking at them for 20 minutes.

I was there to buy a washer. Haley waited on me and was very good at her job. She spoke loud and clear. She was able to answer all of my questions with great detail.

Hartwell HD is great. My husband and I have always found what we were looking for. The store is clean and the associates, if needed are readily available.

Came in with 2 projects I needed materials to complete and needed assistance to get the correct parts needed. Had friendly and helpful information to get both finished up.
