Friendly associates, helped me right away with a smile and very educated.

The store associate was great, she helped us find everything we needed. The delivery was prompt and all of the items were delivered on time and quickly.

I go to this store ever since it opened. All employees know me by name because I go there at least 4 times a week. I like to go at 6am before I hit traffic. The store is about 2 miles from my house. Gardening is my hobby and i spend all day with my plants now that I am retired. Sometimes when people ask question to the store associate they might not have the answer but will help them out when is related to plants. I graduated as a Master Gardener from the University of South Florida. The Security Officers are great also.

Many associates approached me and asked if I needed help. They were more than willing to show me to the product I came on to buy. The store was relatively clean considering it was packed with people. I was in and out within 10 minutes. I'd recommend this to everyone needing supplies.

Every time I visit the US Home Depot is one my favorite shopping destinations. I don't hesitate to buy almost anything I can ship.

There's always a great vibe in this place. The associates seem so much friendlier, the store is cleaner, better organized, and there's always someone walking around that can pull real quick for questions. Whoever is running this Home Depot is doing an amazing job. Keep it up!

We went to the store to pick up an online purchase. Afterwards, we went to find a drill bit. No one was around to help us. We were able to tap an associate on the shoulder to 'ask for directions' since he had earphones on, as did a handful of associates. On our way to the bit isle, an associate’s voice came over the store’s speaker letting customers know that it was 9:30pm and that the store would be closing in 30 minutes. While looking for the bit, they began turning off lights throughout the entire store, leaving only a few lights on. It was so dim that we had to get closer to the bits to see the actual sizes. This was approximately 2 minutes after the announcement (9:32pm). At this point, we gave up and went to pay what we got previously. I asked the cashier why the lights were turned off so early and she claimed that it happens automatically which makes, absolutely, no sense. The competition is a bit pricier, but their customer service is definitely unrivaled. After this experience, we'd rather pay a few extra dollars elsewhere, where associates actually come up to the customers asking if they can be of assistance. This will, most definitely, be our last visit to a Home Depot. The only reason we chose them is because we found a security camera that we liked. This was a very unwelcoming and disappointing experience.
