Lynn in outdoor lawn and garden went above and beyond for me, and I wouldnt hesitate to drive the 45 minutes to this store over going to one closer to me.

I have shy away from going to Home Depot but I needed to fix my bed that the beans were broken. Thank God for Ty, He was so kind and understanding with me even when I got flustered and he sent home to get what I needed. He helped me recreate the beams so my bed could be sturdier. He took his time and went above and beyond for this project. Just amazing ... I left the store feeling like I can attack any project. Thank you for the kindness you showed me today ... It made my weekend. I would recommend this store to anybody !!!

Found exactly what we came for!

I always shop at this Home Depot because it's very close to my house. My shopping experience was excellent, and the service I received from Juliana, the young woman who assisted me, was exceptional. She provided excellent customer service and explained all the details of my purchase. I wish there were always someone like her when I go shopping.

The manager named Sal was amazing. When i had a problem with one of my Halloween decorations that I had purchased, he went above and beyond to assist me with the product. Originally, I had returned it, and he was going to go online to order another one for me because it was damaged. When we realize that the product was out of stock and probably not coming back in stock, he acted quickly. He knew how interested I was in the gargoyle and helped me in store to fix it so that I was able to bring it back home with me. I am not handy at all, so there is no way I would’ve been able to do that on my own. He was so friendly and so willing to assistit made the shopping experience great. When I say he went above and beyond he really did. I would never have expected that and now I have my Halloween gargoyle working properly in my Halloween display. He really is a great employee for Home Depot and you all are lucky to have him. All of the employees at this location are great and always call me by my last name Ms Cowans when i interact with customer service. This is why i buy all of home repair needs and especially all of my Halloween props from Home Depot. Manager Sal though blew me away this year though with all his help with my Halloween stuff. We spent close to $8,000.00 We are proud owners of every single outdoor big Halloween props that you all have put out over the years. Our house is THE house in our neighborhood. Dismissive and disrespectful employees. You spend millions to get customers there just to treat them like trash.

I love this location because it feels like family. The store is large and stocked well, yet it always feels like your favorite hardware store. The parking is ample, not crowded and there has never been a problem with ingress or egress, or Karen feuds. All the associates are friendly, happy and smiling. I have always been able to find an employee to help me. This store has a gorgeous garden city!!!

I'm glad I went to the store.

I've been going to that Home Depot location only because it's conveniently located. Over the years of going there I have found that the customer service overall is lacking.

I needed 4 bags of mulch for my bushes and trees in my front yard and the store workers helped my check out and transfer bags to my car.

ATTENTION ALL CONTRACTORS!!!! If you ever go to this store on a Friday afternoon and order 10 prehung interior doors to be delivered to one of your job sites on the following Monday, Be aware that the delivery drivers don’t like to work on Monday’s so they instead go and deliver on a Saturday even though your receipt clearly shows that you set the delivery date up for Monday as we were not working this weekend instead so you have to go drive an hour from your home to save your $2000.00 doors from being destroyed from the rain! RIDICULOUS

I was very happy that your employee went out of the way to find the wheels to complete the package

I was shopping for a small Christmas tree. The one I wanted wasn't at the store. The representative at the service desk was a great help. Advised that home felt was available. I didn't realize I'd be charged for that. The delivery was handled terribly. I had to call the store after seeing someone I supposed was the delivery person but no package! After an almost 20 min call-- the package -- all of a sudden showed up--- it was not on my porch when both my son and I went out to get it. It seemed I had to call to get the mysterious package . Not happy about this won't be getting anymore deliveries except for appliances as they were always handled properly. I'll come pick up the item(s).

Cashier was extremely rude.

The guys at the Memorial Hwy. store were so helpful and friendly, that I have totally re-thought my earlier opinion on Home Depot in general that I will start frequenting them again for my hardware and construction needs. I had felt for awhile that Home Depot had really slipped customer service wise, ( not enough employees in the aisles, reliance on self service lines, that I was going to Ace for my needs. They were the antithesis of the larger chains. However, on this visit, my faith was reaffirmed by the experience that I had.

The product is available and the price is right but you’re on your own.

The gentleman that took care of my return is the type of worker that home Depot needs in all there stores . Helpful , patience, polite, and knows his job. Great person . 10stars

I'm a retired guy with 2 rental properties, my wife's office, and our own home to maintain. When I need parts or tools to fix something, I know where to go at our Home Depot to find it. If I have some extra time, I browse the tools section for another toy to add to my toy box.

Great experience at this Home Depot! I went late night looking for a door and few appliances, I was greeted by Sal (door department) he is truly an asset to this company, not only he look and look for what I wanted but he went above and beyond when I noticed the door had some damage. Great attitude and excellent service! I also want to mention Ariana in the appliances dept. and the cust. Service personnel GREAT JOB!

This lady knows her stuff. It took me a few years to find someone like this. Not even nursery down the block knows as much as she does.

I am a general contractor and have shopped at Home Depot for decades. The Tampa (Memorial and Hillsboro) is an excellent store that is professionally managed and usually adequately staffed.

Store employees are awful, standing around and when you ask for help, they can't help you. PVC fitting aisle is an absolute mess.

Always get value for your needs here. Reps are helpful and friendly. Cashiers April and Iliyah went above and beyond for me!
