My visit to buy a Hot Water heater was Great ,The store clerk took me straight to the One I had picked out on the web site.

Most associates at this location are not friendly & don't smaile. It is very difficult to find anyone to assist you. The only time it is a pleasant experience to go to this location is when I do not need any assistance & use the self check out.

Richard was outstanding he took ownership and got it resolved

We found everything we needed and more. When we come to this store everyone is helpful and friendly.

MARA WAS SO HELPFUL. I WAS NOT LOOKING TO PURCHASE A WASHER/DRIER. BUT SHE WAS SO HELPFUL, I PURCHASED BOTH THAT DAY.

We went for blinds and left with everything we needed. He was so helpful.

My husband is a Navy Veteran (Corpsman) - he has had the same VA Card since he started going to the VA for medical services (as needed). To be told that his VA Card is no good and does not say "Service Attached" makes no sense. She did provide the 10% Customer Satisfaction discount HOWEVER it is not the discount I am looking at but the RESPECT that should be given to all the Veterans! My husband did not know what to say and it felt as though someone just told him the service he provided in the Navy was not good because his card did not say "Service Attached". He was Active Duty and at the very least she could have said "thank you for your service"! Lowe's NEVER has done that to him. VERY DISAPPOINTED! We used to go here weekly for our needs - and have spent a good amount of money. This will most likely change now.

Looked for electrical plate blanks , couldn't find. Couldn't find an assoc. finally got one. Blank plates NOT w/regular display plates. Oh NO, buried bottom shelf w/switches? Really? Then went to buy indoor/outdoor carpet. No associate to be found. Went to service desk. She called for help for me. Still no help after several minutes. Finally tackled another associate to help me get the carpet out do box 7.7x10 size. Assoc. that helped me was very helpful. It's just hard to find help. I find this in every HD store I visit. Looks to me that you don't show much value to your employees, You should try Ace blueprint. Or like original owners! Yes I shopped there then and owned stock.

No matter how busy on this Sunday Morning the staff is still organizing and still cleaning

Enjoyed shopping the garden department as there is always a large selection of plants and gardening supplies.

all n all i generally have good experiences there other than having to wait 20 minutes for someone to cut my plywood
