The store was cleaned and organized. I was able to find what I needed quickly.

I'm doing a rehab about a mile away from this store so I'm in there at least 5+ times a week and my crew more. I deal with the same customer service and pro desk people and they recognize me and are great to work with. However the one thing I would seriously change is those of us who rehab and employ vets. The vets get a 10% discount and I only get a 5% discount with my Pro Account. It would make since to give me the 10% discount all the time so I don't have to take my vets off the job to run to Home Depot and wait in line to call me for approval of the sale. It wastes valuable man hours and eats away at the labor budget for us that rehab homes for a living. I have found this store to always be clean.

The store was easy to navigate and locating what I needed was easy as well, not at all confusing like other stores.

Miki did an outstanding job assisting my wife and myself. She was not only helpful an dpolite but checked with us later during our visit to the store to insure we didn't need any further assistance. Miki is the reason we shop to Home Depot.............Great job........thank you

Home Depot is a place for DIY needs almost all the products needed for home are readily available with great customer service associates are available with great product knowledge. A very exhilarating experience all the time.

Would like to see lower prices and higher quality items at this store as I do at lowe's.

The customer service was outstanding at this store.

The Store in general is great ! The associates are friendly and helpful. merchandise is easy to find for the most part. I am in the store on a weekly basis, I have rentals and something always needs replacing or fixing. My only complaint is: on a Saturday PLEASE open more than 2 manned registers. Self checkouts are great when you have 1 or 2 items, but not when you have large heavy items or several items.

Store very clean, items easy to find and employees were very helpful.

The return dead berry plants original costs is reduced to what the plants are selling for in the store, thus reducing the guaranteed price if the plants die to about half the original cost, this does not match the guarantee replacement or money back, plus the customer {me} was given a store gift card for the reduced amount not back on my Amex card. So long Home Depot I can shop at a local Lowe's. Don

The associates are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable . The store itself is always clean, well-lit and has a wide variety of most every product imaginable. Only problem experienced is in trying to utilize the self check-out and would recommend avoiding use of them. Watch out for sales and/or clearance items otherwise you'll spend more and shop longer than ever intended while enjoying the awesome deals.

The store was very cool and comfortable. I was asked if I needed assistance finding an item and was quickly helped. When I was ready to check out I had help getting the heavy bags in my car and felt very surprised that the associates were sincerely attentive and had excellent product knowledge.

The store was clean, aisles clear and associates friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Also, their paint kiosk as extremely helpful in visualizing what the selected colors would look like on walls. This was a great help in matching colors and it made the paint buying experience much more pleasurable.
