When I do not have the time or energy to shop I can order online and the order will e ready in as little as an hour (some big orders take a day, or so).

In all of our experiences with the local store we only ever had one problem with a product that neither the manufacturer of the local store helped remedy...... We had to fix it ourselves and the employee could have taken care of the problem if he had not been too lazy.

The cashier was so nice and went above and beyond for us!

I bought a lawnmower and it had a faulty mechanism. Returning it was the easiest thing I’ve done in a long time and the employees were super friendly and happy.

I bought my Maytag washer and dryer from Home Depot in April and I had a very good experience. The clerks were very helpful and friendly. The delivery went smoothly as well and did not take long.

The associates in front desk where is the return items and the two in front desk the store needs to remove them from there.

Forced me and my brother a disabled vet to wait over an hour for a forklift driver. Finally took matters into our own hands and started loading through the back door. A manager sitting in an office then asked one of the only employees working to check on what we were doing. No help from manager or employees and my brother has shoulder issues. Terrible staff ignoring and just having social time at work. Manager asked employee to send a picture of our receipy so he didnt have to deal with us.

This Hobbs, NM Store always is nice, they come to me, Not the other way around. Must have a good Mgr. that leads by example!

I always look forward to going to home Depot then please make it pleasant and I get excited and how much stuff they have years ago I used to work at a place in Hobbs called always it was a lumber yard and home place but home Depot makes it seem more like a homely place and the employees are really helpful and excited to seem to be working there I would recommend home Depot to anybody especially when they offer the customers help without having to ask for it home Depot is a fantastic place to shop thank you

This store has really gotten it's act together. It used to look like a flea market, and you could hardly navigate the cluttered aisles. We used to take the extra time to travel to either Lubbock or Midland to shop at the Home Depot, but on our last visit to the Hobbs store we were truly impressed by the friendliness and availability of the staff, the seamlessness of the shipt-to-store process, and the clean, neat appearance of the store.

This was probably one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I had to deal with six different associates including a manager and all of them except for one were rude and not very helpful. I purchased an item over the phone and then drove two hours each way to find out that they were out of stock of the item I paid for. That's why I called to verify they had it in stock to begin with. It took an hour and a half for them to figure out they were out of stock and refund my money. There was no apology and absolutely no attempt to try and find a comparable product. This store deserves zero stars, but the minimum I can rate it is one star. Boo!

These are friendly, hard working individuals, the store is nice, good products, but the On-line inventory is riddled with inaccuracies. Ask or ask them to look for the product in the store to verify it is actually there before purchasing. It could avoid difficulties and frustration, save miles driving in for a second, third trips.

Kuddos to John and Vivian, these individuals are very polite and willing to help. To the majority of the young employees....learn some manners, customer service skills. there is an old saying you can catch more bees with honey than you do with urine and vinegar. the majority of these young employees don't know the first thing about customer service. Clean the garden area, bird crap on items for sale, in the back near the cinder blocks it looks like a scene out of hoarders and is a safety hazard. The parking lot can be mistaken for the landfill all the trash blowing around.

Besides lowes they are the only major hardware store within 150 miles and they know it. Don't expect to be treated like a valued customer. You are nothing more than a deposit in their bank. Store was clean so good job on that.

I’m an electrician I was trying to get materials fo a family who’s power had went off, with a diabetic in their house. The manager on duty Closed the store at 5:55 even when I explained I was an electrician and a customers power was out. She said there was already 100 people in the store. While we were talking 10 walked out but she still wouldn’t let me get what I needed. Hopefully his medicine doesn’t go bad because of no power to refrigerate it.

Associates were the opposite of friendly and helpful. I was unaware of store hour changes due to Covid-19. I walk up at 5 mins till 6. instead of a warm greeting from the 3 women standing at the door I overhear "Look at all these people coming in at the last minute." I knew what I was purchasing. I got the last of the 2 items i went in for so not much actually stocked in the garden center in ways of organic fertilizer. I was in and out in 2 minutes. The isles were PILED with boxes of inventory. No way to "practice social distancing" like they ask even if I wanted to.

I drove an hour to this store to purchase an item for a home I have listed, (I'm a realtor). Jerrell was the best. He acknowledged me, listened and help me find what I needed. All employees seemed happy and said hello. Not something that I experience in Odessa/Midland stores.

Marjean & the young ladies were beyond friendly and helpful taking the time to understand my needs and what I was looking to achieve. They went above and beyond ensuring that my shades were cut to size and double checking to ensure that I got everything I needed for my many projects. Just amazing service and very polite.
