The staff was so polite, courteous and helpful.

Anytime I shop at Homewood I have great service throughout the store no matter what I come to shop for.

Homewood location provides assistance and not resistance. I appreciate the team for their professionalism and knowledge. The store appears always clean, stocked and on order. Never long lines. Healthy looking plants and cashiers are pleasant.

The staff member (Tina) assisted me with everything I needed to purchase. She took the time and explained each item to me. Tina is professional, courteous and truly knowledgeable, I had a great shopping experience with her

I’m very impressed by the Homewood location. The employees are really friendly and knowledgeable of the areas they work in. They’re also quick to assist and answer questions. If it’s not their department of expertise, they will assist you in getting the person to answer questions and assist with your needs.

Have had to do several returns and purchases and start is almost always kind and friendly.

We came into the store for a washing machine purchase. Both Kevin and Tara went the extra mile to make sure our order was processed properly. Their attention to detail and kindness did not go unnoticed. Thank you.

I came to the store to purchase some custom-made blinds and the representative Tara, a young man named number one Eddie and a young man name Mr. Norris outstanding employees in assisting me with getting my custom-made blinds ordered. They help me with giving me ideas colors and they really took the time to work with me all three of them. They were great.

This store location and several other Home Depot locations do not have a friendly or professional presence.

Corrected billing error

This was our second experience ordering carpeting for our home through Home Depot. Both experiences were fabulous!

They removed all of the products from the store. That was a covinicince while in the store. They have made a bad decision about what most women shop for.

The customer service at this store used to be the worst but the new management team and new members has made a tremendous difference. Thank you.

Your store is totally awesome but that should be more things to select from I were looking for outdoor lights and you only had a handful of selections

On 11/8/24 I purchased a washer and the representative that helped me was Kevin. Kevin was very friendly and professional. Kevin was able to answer all the questions and made my shopping experience very pleasant.
