Lee Alexander went the extra mile to help me find a baseboard thermostat that was no longer on the display shelf. I really appreciated that. He stuck with me past his scheduled clock out time.

i came in the store thu the garden department looking for starter food for my lawn. was greeted by one associate after telling him what i was looking for he referred me to a young lady that knew her lawn and garden product well. feeling comfortable her advice she directed me to register put the product in a cart and told me to pull my car up loading. i like the service and attention i got on my visit is all i'am saying.

This is so far the best home depot location I've shopped at.

THE ASSOCIATES IN LAWN AND GARDEN WERE VERY HELPFUL IN ASSISTING ME WITH MY PURCHASE. THEY WERE ALSO PROFESSIONAL. HOWEVER, WHEN I NEEDED MY VEHICLE LOADED, THE ASSOCIATED WAS ON THE PHONE THE ENTIRE TIME. I UNDERSTAND THAT HE WAS BUSY, BUT AFTER HE TOOK THE HANDLE OF MY FLAT CART AND INSTRUCTED ME TO PULL MY VEHICLE UP, HE INSISTED ON SEEING MY RECEIPT. I INFORMED HIM THAT HE JUST LOOK AT ME, TOOK MY PURCHASE AND TOLD ME TO PULL UP MY VEHICLE 60 SECONDS PRIOR TO ME PULLING UP. HE CLAIMED HE WORKS IN SO MANY DEPARTMENTS THAT HE HAS TO BE SURE. I SUGGESTED IF HE WASN'T ON THE PHONE THE ENTIRE TIME MAYBE HE WOULDN'T FORGET A FACE AFTER 60 SECONDS.

The store associate was AWESOME! He walked me through each step in order to complete my raised bed garden project. He was very knowledgeable about the products and made very good suggestions in regards to items that would make my task easier. I appreciate his willingness to help and overall pleasant attitude! Next year, if everything goes well, I will definitely be back to upgrade my garden!

I was very impressed with the customer service throughout the store. Each Associate was eager to assist me without being overbearing or pushy. I even received some helpful tips to complete my flooring project. I plan to make the Homewood store my "More Doing" store. Menards is no longer on my list.

Good and will probably shop again. Family and friends visit your store for their needs, cause most of the stuffs for everyday are available.

this was my first time at this store seems to be running pretty good i do think there could have been more people avalible to over see thing but over all was ok
