Brian in tool rental was helpful dispite taking over 45 minutes with another customer. this is because the system used for Penske truck rental is not effective. averall it wasted not only the customers time as well as mine.

They always have everything I need for big or small jobs. I went to purchase some miracle grow for my garden and left with that and vegetables. The prices were so good that I bought more than I went in for.

Home Depot provides a very good selection of quality lumbar products at good prices. This makes building jobs much easier.

Menards was out of stock saleman in lumber directed us to outside that sale associate helped us ny loading truck snd your register clerk Getardo told us about price match and gave us the 10%time off too that what i call service eccellence

I had forgotten about this store location. We usually go to different stores and hardly any Home Depot stores. I went to take my mother in law to look at Double Impatiens, and we had a great time. When we shop, we usually make a real trip out of whatever we do. I work in retail and Customer Service and always admire people who are great at Service. We were able to get assistance from Larry in the Garden Department. He is really good at what he does. Assisting customers, answering questions, smiling and greeting each person he passes, no matter what. I watched him and remarked to my MIL how great he was. I even spoke to another customer regarding his Customer Service Skills. It is amazing to watch someone who is good at their job and someone who seems to enjoy what they do. I say Keep up the Great Work and hire more Larrys!!

We need a larger store with more small hardware items but still a great store.

My Homewood Homedepot is my 'go to' store for my home, and yard products.

My shopping expeience was very good. The help was very polite and helpful. The cashier was very polite and courtious.

i was able to get all the items i went for.the posted signs showing item locations was very helpful

This Home Depot store is average compared to other Home Depot's we have visited. I feel the employees do not have the knowledge in their specific departments such as electrical, plumping.
