Helpful information was volunteered to me about an upcoming sale on the products I needed for my project. Thank You So Much! I shared this in the office when I got back to work.

With my old man's memory loss it's super good to have workers at Home Depot assist me in getting exactly what I need. AND it's nice to get a little discount by using my Home Depot card each time.

very helpful employees....store is a pleasure to shop in versus some out there. Employees are friendly and have a smile on there face.

The staff were very helpful in assisting me with a large item return due to a missing part. In the end it was my error (the part in question was "concealed" within another larger part). Throughout the ordeal the staff could not have been more courteous.

My husband and I have been shopping at this store since it opened. We purchased our first home 4 years ago and are there at least 1 - 2 times a week. The associates are so friendly and extremely helpful. If you have a question or cannot find something - they are there to help so quickly!!

Highly recommend James in Appliances!! We went to price out washer/dryers and decided on the LG model 4270v/4271v as most of the repair places I called and Consumer Reports said the LGs were by far the most reliable (their motherboards had the fewest problems) with the best customer service. We spoke with James in Appliances who gave us his full attention and reminded us that they are not on commission and really are able to match most prices. He explained a few makes/models and gave us a demonstration of what the model we were looking at has and the benefits and how to take care of the machines with his personal tips and suggestions. He also walked us through the different available utility rebates which lowered our price by another $135. He was so thorough with our purchase and was able to answer all our questions. When he didn't know the answer, he looked it up online and showed us. He was very impressive and was also very polite answering a few other customers' questions as we monopolized his time. He was very upfront in telling us that the new more technologically advanced machines will likely not last as long as what we were replacing (20-year old Amana dryer and Maytag washer). The appliance delivery guys HD uses were also very professional, detailed and clean. They installed everything and made sure we had the safest parts. Hector told us that part of our dryer vent duct was flammable and gave us the correct one...no charge! This was a very pleasant experience!! I highly recommend Home Depot on Magnolia St. in Huntington Beach!!

We needed a new blinds for our kitchen. We had looked online, but still had questions. We had only been in the department a short time when the sales associate came over to help. She was very knowledgeable and helped us make an informed decision in minutes.

The store in Hungton Beach was very clean and even though it was late there were a lot of people who offered to help us. The store cashier Lydia was very helpful. The paint department also went out of their way to help my husband match a color.

The store was clean, I had to wait for an associate to be available but once that happened the experience was good, he was experienced and very helpful

The associate I worked with was very helpfull in providing a solution to my 2" faux wood situation. I purchased the faux woods from Home Depot several years earlier. I recently had my kitchen remodled and the woods would not fit in the window due to tile work. the associate made a suggestion to resolve the issue and requested me to bring the woods in so he could cut them to fit the window. The fix was perfect and we are extreamly happy with the associates and his help.

The associates at this Home Depot are awesome. I worked with 3 of them. Let me start by saying I have a 1 month old baby so shopping is hard. I used the app to find what I wanted and went into the store and showed the associate working in plumbing. He guided me to all the galvanized steel piping and explained to me how to screw the flanges down. He also assisted me in grabbing everything I need. The gentleman in paint guided me to the perfect sand paper for resurfacing and explained how the numbers on sand paper create different outcomes. Finally my cashier Pamela loaded all my items up and rang me up. Then called over an employee to help load my car! I hardly lifted a finger in Home Depot and everyone had perfect knowledge of their department!!!! I'm a veteran who refinished furniture and is renovating my home and I always recommend everyone I know to go here. They have helped me with refinishing furniture, updating my home, fixing my dryer, decorating my baby room, fixing my plumbing and much more. Their home services department have me a free consultation to serif the could help me with any in home services. I LOVE this Home Depot!!!

I came into Home Depot in Huntington Beach today to look for a few different items. I immediately was helped by Tim in the electrical department. He showed me where to get all the items I needed and helped me from wandering aimlessly through the store. It was refreshing in today's world to get personal customer service from a knowledgeable sales associate! Thank You! George Lambert

It is always a great experience to be able to go to this store. From the assistance and advice you get from the associates in every department to the cahiers. I happened to start a paint project at home and being an amateur I went to Home Depot and talked to several of the associates at different times, they guided me and the project is getting done and I am getting lots of compliments especially from my wife who did not have faith on my ability to get it done and the final result. While I am getting the credit, this would not have been possible without all the assistance and advise from the Home Depot associates. Thank you.

STARTED SHOPPING AT HOME DEPOT SOME 20 YEARS AGO AND ALWAYS CAME OUT WITH A NEGATIVE FEELING . EMPLOYEES AT THAT TIME WERE NONE RESPONSE AND GENERALLY AVOIDED EYE CONTACT. THE ONLY REASON WE CONTINUED TO SHOP THE STORES IN OUR AREA WAS BECAUSE NO OTHER STORES WERE AVAILABLE. THEN LOWES CAME AROUND WHICH WE UTILIZED FOR ABOUT 12 MONTHS BACK ABOUT TWO YEARS AGO. EVERYTHING CHANGED FOR THE BETTER IN OUR HOME DEPOT STORES AT ALL LEVELS IT SEEMED LIKE OVER NIGHT. WOULD NOT SHOP ANY WHERE ELSE NOW. JUST SPENT CLOSE TO $3,000 OVER THE PASSED MONTH IMPROVING OUR MOBILE HOME ALL AT HOME DEPOT. THANKS FOR THE CHANGES.

Sometimes a shopping experience in a large warehouse type store can be overwhelming, however -- my needs were met today by an associate who helped me to find exactly what I needed (and I don't mean pointed me to the item, but actually walked me over to it) and then the cashier that checked me out was truly genuinely happy to help and left me feeling great about my experience. GREAT retail experience!

This is my go to Home Depot. Close to home, always has good products in stock. Or they will special order it. Associates know what they are talking about or else they will find some one who can further assist me. Special Order desk associates are so polite and patient. Returns the same.

Prefer this location as the associates are always happy to answer questions and help locate what you may need. They have a good knowledge of the store and its inventory and don't waste your time. If you have a project in mind but maybe not all the details of what you need, you can walk about and pretty much figure out what you need or can use to accomplish the desired end result.

Sales person was very helpful and took the time to explain the differences between the products I was looking at. Ended up buying something different that what I went in for - and am so happy with what was recommended. Well done - many thanks!

I had to purchase paint for a large residential project. Of course, I wanted to be economical but purchase a product that would last for many years. The associates in the paint department were awesome. They helped me make my choice, mix the paint within 10 minutes. Afterwards I went to the checkstand and had the pleasure of Pamela's assistance. She was friendly, informative, and extremely pleasant. Honestly, she made my day. I totally was not expecting someone to be that great. Wow. Thank you.
