Store was clean, well stocked, healthy plants, friendly employees. My experience was all positive. Special shout out for Rodney...who was more knowledgeable and helpful than any employee at any garden center I've ever been to. And I've been to many. He's loved plants since he was a boy, was educated in horticulture and seems to really enjoy helping people be successful with their garden/plant needs and desires. I will come here first from now on!!

I ordered a new washer and dryer online. I also ordered two items needed for the installation. When the crew arrived they already had the two items I had ordered. I emailed the store manager because I have a problem with transportation. I asked if the items could be picked up. Within an hour there was a tap at my door. A nice young man from Home Depot had come to pick up my items. Wow! Wow! Wow! Then the cashier, Diana, called to tell me she credited the refund to my account. What terrific service!

The store location is awesome for me. I always find everything and get wonderful help in finding any of my needs. The employees are always greeting me and asking for any help I need. I truly look forward to shopping there. I get the feeling of being among family. I always look forward to shopping there. Moly, Gregg, and Bill are the best ever!

If u are used to ppl who feel 'put upon' while it's not that bad here it still exists. THAT being said, the employees here DO have to deal w/every pain in the rear end Baby Boomer who comes thru here, snotty contractors, pain in the rear end aggressive adult female customer, and constant theft, thievery, con-man, and disoriented, difficult handymen. My advice: Be very very nice, very very courteous, give them time to help u, be organized w/your questions, and you'll be ok. Just don't be an idiot or demanding-check urself, they have enough idiot customers don't u be one too.

Rod, in the Gardening / Plant section was the most helpful and knowledgeable I have had the pleasure to deal with at any Home Depot. AAA+++

The lumber aisle was extremely messy with Lumber and a forklift parked right in the middle of the Isle. Another customer and I almost tripped and fell over the lumber sticking out. The manager Tommy was extremely rude and almost combative. He would not speak to me. They charged me more money for the product that was clearly marked lower in the bay that I selected the lumber from. Check your receipt. Do not go to this Home Depot they are clearly price gouging.

Most of the time the employees are willing and able to help. My biggest complaint are how you treat people who steal. I think you should go after them than letting them get away with whatever they want. They just walk out the door. It sends the wrong message. I feel if they are allowed to take merchandise without anyone stopping them the prices for me go up!

The store was clean and orderly. Products were is good quantity, and the checkout was quick and easy.

The employees here are amazing. Rod walked me throughout the store and helped me figure out how to do my project in a way less expensive and more efficient way. Brian helped show me how and cut some pvc pipes. Both were friendly and extremely helpful. I haven’t experienced this level of customer service at any other home improvement store. Will go out of my way to come back here because of their help!

This particular store is well-stocked and their employees can find misplaced items quickly, or they find another Home Depot that has the item(s) and has it/them placed on hold at Customer Service or sent to this store for pick-up. They do well by us...

I have never had a bad experience at this store but today’s experience was absolutely exceptional. I love plants but lack knowledge :) The resident expert in the nursery department helped me today. His name is Rod. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He assistant me finding the perfect fiddle fig, told me all I need to know about placement and care of it and then helped me find all the necessary accessories for mixing the soil properly and repotting the tree. I couldn’t be happier!

Things are getting back to normal. Shelves are filling up with product and the employees are really nice there. It's been rough during these crazy times but it's nice to shop at this store.

The magnolia store is a great store for everything else but not the flooring department. There is a super disconnect between Home Depot online and when you call to follow up in the flooring department. They don’t even answer the phone “hello flooring department this is (name,)instead they just answer the phone “hello?” On September 24 at 4:45 a representative showed up to measure my three thresholds, my staircase as well as three bedrooms and two bathrooms (not commode or shower area)for carpet. On Monday, September 28 I received a call at approximately 5:45PM from a Home Depot female asking me to call regarding following up the measurement. I returned the call and I spoke to two male representatives who had no idea what I was talking about when I mentioned I never received the flooring samples by mail. I thought the $50 you had to pay was for the flooring samples and not the measurement. I don’t have a problem with paying for somebody to come over here and measure it’s just the way it appears online and it’s very confusing. I would highly recommend not going through the Home Depot online service but definitely go in the store and discuss all flooring needs with a representative.Loyal

Best branch. Glen Vigil is the best assistant store manager and he deserves to be a store manager. Very hardworking, humble, helpful, kind and professional. Angelica is a nice sales Associste as well. Very nice team and friendly.

Met Kat today whom gave me the privilege to learn about her father in a joyful way. He is a Vietnam Era United States Veteran who's positive spirit lives on in this lovely daughter of his. I am just blown away about how professional, lovely, authentic, & kind this young lady was today. I actually had to ask her "What's your secret?" when it came to her positive mindset. She replied "One customer at a time.". She's just so genuine and caring... Kat made my experience unique & memorable. I am hoping HD Leadership can recognize her hard work there everyday. She's the best of the best there and a wonderful human all around.

A nice store, not huge, but stocked with most of anything I might need. Most recent visit was regarding three cans of Rustoleum High Performance Spray Paint. Of the THREE cans, only one ~ somewhat typical of Rustoleum products lately ~ actually worked. Drove back to the store with the intention of finding a contact at the Rustoleum company so that I could complain directly there. Instead, after hearing my tale of woe, the young lady who was the Manager, walked me over to Faith at the Refund Counter and had Faith issue a refund for the two cans of non working paint. The fault was NOT with Home Depot, yet HD stood behind the product ~ service beyond expectation ~ thanks.

Mr. Rod Echeveste helped me to choose fertilizers in the store.

The store is always stocked with items I need. Also, always have employees available when I need them.

I really like all the employees working at Home Depot. They are all very nice and friendly and approachable most of the time. I think the store is clean. We should definitely reinforce wearing mask and goggles and even a hazmat to customers to make sure we are protecting ourselves and others from corona virus.

The staff is super helpful and willing to go above and beyond to help you out.
