Excellent customer service is back at Home Depot I was acknowledged and greeted by every associate that passed by.

6 associates helped me (Melisa, Bill, Jerry, Frank, Shannon and Lydia) and all were professional and outstanding.

The service was prompt and very helpful. The check out was very friendly and suggested that i get a Home Depot credit card that would make me eligible to win a $5,000 gift card for Home Depot.

Paint supplies, attic fan, mini-air conditioner easy to locate,. Friendly customer service:)

The store associate was coming in to work, not even in his apron yet and stopped to ask if I needed assistance in choosing a Bar B Que. I did, we checked out a few, he forklifted the box down for me and offered to put it together (at no cost). Additionally, giving Veterans a 10% discount (Memorial Day) is a nice thing.

Easy access, easy check, and helpful associates. The store does not seem to be overcrowded, the parking lot offers easy access to the store and the associates are eager to assist customers. The display on the outside, a giant hammer and clock, is so artsy that it qualifies as public art

There are many great employees at the Huntington Beach store but 3 associates stand out: Lydia Shannon and Melisa and whoever hired them made the right call.

This is one of my favorite Home Depot stores. I was greeted by two associates when I entered the store and the Cashier (Angela) was very friendly upon my check out. She asked if I found everything I needed during my visit. My only request would be to not place to many items in the aisles as it can feel cluttered. Thanks for always providing a consistent great experience at the store. Well done!

I spent a lot of time browsing the various paint colors and types, and the gentleman who was working in the department was very friendly and after asking if I needed help (not at the moment, thanks) let me browse in peace. When I was ready, he was very helpful and patient in explaining to me the different paint types, what would be best for my room, and he was able to mix up my paint very quickly. Thanks so much for all your help!

After I prurchased some bolts, I forgot to buy a tool kit and the cashier saw thought I was in a hurry. He directed me to the right aisle and then called for assistance. The associate came and helped me out and showed me my two best options. I was so happy!

Customer service from Kristi K. is outstanding. Always has a smile, friendly and courteous. I will wait in line no matter how long I have to wait to go thru her check stand. She is helpful not only to myself, but to all the customer she is in contact with. Many kudos to this outstanding Home Depot employee. I vote Kristi as employee of the, YEAR.............

Your store is always filled with useful items. I find that the check out line is sometimes long, as I don't use the self check out.

I stopped at the local Home Depot simply to get an idea of the cost of remodeling a kitchen. I set up appointment with an associate in Kitchen and Bath designs. One of the first question the associate asked me was my budget. She then put together a design and did everything to fit my budget without compromising quality and style by using her professional expertise and resources. In short she made an idea into reality. I am very excited and looking forward to the new kitchen.

An older gentleman (I wish i got his name) helped me find the replacement bulbs I needed for the living room chandelier, since some of the boxes were damaged(no product damage), he gave me a discount! Plus when I checked out I was greeted very kindly by Laurie who was a sweetheart and a pleasure to interact with. Cheers!

This Home Depot is close to my home so I shop here all the time. The associates are all friendly and know the store pretty well.

Store is close by and always a "fast" check out. This is great, especially when you are in the middle of a home project.
