There was limited amounts of the product I was looking for which was probably due to it being phased out. The associate helped find an alternative product which was only slightly more in price. The cashier was very pleasant and pointed out that I could use the chip on my credit card. Overall it was a good experience

Great store would come back any time. Needs more indoor garden supplies

Purchased a vanity only to find out the top was not available.Found a sales assoc. who was not in the least interested in helping me. He was in the bath dept. Older man ,large glasses, with a lge. stomach who told me he couldn't get the vanity for me because he had disc problems. I happen to be 80yrs. old & proceded to get me another assoc. to help me. [RITA] who was much more helpful but still unable to get me the top to go w/the vanity. I made 2 trips to your store in an attempt to get the remaining merch. I sat in my car & called Wareham. I got a very nice assoc. who put me on hold & found what I neede in E. Bridgewater. If one of your assoc . had done that for me It would not have been such an aggravating experience. I like home Depot but, I will NOT shop the hyannis store again. I spent over $500 & left with dissatisfaction. Marion Garner

I was looking at cabinet hardware and was about to leave because what was in stock was not appealing. A sales associate (I wish I could remember his name) noticed, and took me to the in-store computer that accessed many more possibilities. I found exactly what I wanted, ordered them (48 glass cabinet knobs), and they will ship directly to my house. Thanks for the help!

The store is clean and easy to find what you need, but if you can not find it the staff members are there to help you around, they are very helpful and polite.

REDOING BOTH BATHS IN HOUSE,LOVE HD FOR PRICE AND SELECTION. PROBLEM BEING WHEN ORDERING ON-LINE AND IT SAYS IT'S AVAILABLE IN STOCK IN STORE IT WON'T LET YOU ORDER PRODUCT,BUT STORE CAN'T FIND IT,YOUR IN A HARD LUCK PLACE,HELP.

Great experience in Hyannis. Associate helped by sharing knowledge of products being purchased, and check out person did not require we lift heavy purchases and asked if we needed assistance getting purchases to the car. After driving a long distance, we were happy to find that all needed items were in stock, and store was clean and organized.

Good service but would like a bigger HD. The associates are friendly and helpful.

Helpful store people. Very clean store, help is always there when you need it. It's nice they offer the military discount to active duty and retirees. Hours of operations are very flexible. Prices are great. It's awesome that they are expanding their store!

Hyanniss Home depot store has items at fair good prices. Not all items can be found as they are at other Home Depot store locations. This Home Depot location , I recommend to family and friends. p.s. It will be a good idea to open a Home Depot store in Falmouth or Mashpee , Massachusetts .

ITS NOT A BIG STORE BUT THEY TRY TO KEEP EVERYTHING YOU NEED THERE

I like the way the people was very friendly. Also the store was so clean and neat too.

The store is well organized and amply stocked. The associates have always been helpful when available to speak with. They are good at calling you back if not readily available when inquiring about merchandise in person or by phone.

Returned some unneeded Cocking and credit was given back to me HD Card

How HD had the lattice and bead board within eye sight of each other helped in my decision for what to buy and use on the stair walls

Easikly accepted a return on a light switch cover I bought last november Unopened Thank You

I am always welcomed into the store by associates who immediately get me heading toward the exact aisle I need to find my item. I appreciate that as it definitely saves time and makes the shopping experience easier.

The help is great, certain hours I would avoid the store however because it can be busy and hard to find someone. Overall its a good store and the people there are helpful.

From the helpful bearded greeter, to getting department help to find the tool I required, through check out, I was impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the Hyannis associates. The greeter even noticed me at check out and asked if I found what I needed. Exceptional service. Also, I found the perfect Christmas tree in the outdoor garden center (my wife asked for a smaller one this year). I bought a full, conical, maybe 4 foot table-top model that was 10 times better than what I'd seen at Stop & Shop or Whole Foods. Staff at the garden center, Charlie, was truly helpful here too Helped pull out possibilities for me to choose. And the cashier was very pleasant. The tree is not dropping needles, has good spring back when I bend a branch. All good signs of a fresh, healthy tree. Good job guys. (My visit was on December 12, about 4:30 PM.) SM. A satisfied customer.
