Very helpful purchasing washer/dryer

Love the new remodel!

Went into the store looking for tarp and the employee walked many isles over right to the tarp I couldn't find. Excellent customer service here.

Tough Remodel, but well worth the wait

I got great help from the employees who were vigilant and offered good advice on my small but complicate project. Seems that there are many more employees around and I felt welcomed.

Jennie in plumbing was soooooo helpful, it was amazing. 110% satisfaction with her service and knowledge. She walked me through several aisles to help me find what I needed. Thank you Jennie!!! I returned later in the day and was helped by Ronald who was the coolest guy i ever met in Home Depot. So pleasant and helpful. Literally the nicest guy who works at Home Depot that I have ever met, and i’ve been in Home Depots in 10 states. What a pleasant surprise to get great help and positive attitude. So rare to see. Thanks Ronald and Jenny!

My husband and I went to buy paint tonight last minute. We met Joey in the paint department and he made sure we had all the help we needed. I am allergic to many types of paint and he took the time to make sure we felt good about our purchase and I felt safe! Will be back!

Ask for Ronald -- he is so helpful and cheerful.

associate was an asset

I’ve been a customer of Home Depot for many years and have always found their staff to be friendly and helpful. Today, however, our cashier was the rudest person I have ever met. Very negative attitude and acted like we were bothering her (we weren’t). Not likely to go to Hyannis store again after this experience

While disorder is expected during such a construction project; there seems to be an abundance of parking lot confusion. I am sure when construction ends the store will be fantastic, inside and out!

Parking lot is a mess be very careful driving thru the lot.

Kristen in Customer Service at the Hyannis store was fabulous. We needed to change out a fridge for another, and she was helpful through the whole process. Kind, friendly, courteous, and saw the job through to completion. We love Home Depot, and this kind of service keeps us coming back.

We have recently purchased a condo & renovations have to be done; flooring, paint, window treatment, counters, appliances etc. If you are in the Hyannis store, I recommend you seek out Shannon, the associate in flooring & blinds as she will guide you through all the options available along with suggestions. She is EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGABLE about products & had helped me in many different areas of the store. Shannon was also very patient in working with me as I had several questions & she was able to point me in the right direction by pointing out benefits & drawbacks to various products.

I have no problem finding everything I need at HD. They always have friendly staff there to help me before I ask.

Store is a wreck, can't find anything or anyone to help and then you can't find a place to pay. Funny, I would think you getting our money would be important. My time is of value, don't waste it and don't assume I want to do your job and ring my good up at a self check out. Expanding you self check out is a big mistake. For a DYI store you are Doing It Wrong.

I can hardly wait to use it.

The is one of the best things to happen in my 12yrs living here on Cape Cod. The Hyannis This store was the Smallest store in the chain and the Great Expansion of the Hyannis store is a Great help to everyone here and the people on Nantucket who shop here as well. I hope they will have a special Grand Opening Day Celebration when it is finished and have the Cape Cod Times do a BIG WRITE-UP so everyone is aware that it is complete.

This home Depot has been undergoing a huge renovation for quite some time. Despite that, the inventory remains well stocked, the signage is up to date, and the employees are, as always, pleasant and helpful. I'm excited we will have a bigger product selection when everything is said and done. Thank you home Depot for offering a great place for homeowners to get help and materials for our projects at great prices!

While the Hyannis store is under massive store upgrading, they remain open! Parking is crazy but possible. And the appliances have been moved to a annex building in the parking lot. But once you enter that annex, true customer service begins! Ask for Kelly! He talked to me. To asked questions. He answered questions. He showed me options. He took the time to ensure I bought what would work for me. I so appreciated this old fashioned service and will go back again. Thank you Kelly and Hyannis HD annex appliance team!

customer service is dead in this place. Find what you want yourself, don't ask for help, and then cash yourself out.

They have the happiest and most helpful employees of all the Home Depots I have ever been to.
