We visit this Home Depot for home improvement and yard maintenance. I wish Home Depot - or whomever owns the parking lot would provide it with shade trees. It's amazing to be surrounded by trees everywhere else but all the parking lots in Iron Mountain are steaming hot without shade. What gives?

Angi Mellon from Kitchen and Bath helped out immensely. She put together a great kitchen for us and gave us a lot of great ideas and suggestions. Very courteous and true to her word when she said the drawings would be in our Email. Would highly recommend her if anyone is looking for kitchen or bath cabinets and installation tips.

Easy for us to shop for items needed for our remodeling in Northern WI.

The Iron Mountain Home Depot has great employees who provide a great customer experience and thank you to all of them for their kindness and willingness to help the customers. It is definitely my favorite Home Depot to shop.

The past few years, the experience has always been frustrating as there weren’t enough people, and they weren’t helpful enough to get you what you needed. Now people seem very well educated and there’s always someone around to help.

Excellent customer service, had everything I was looking for.

I was in the store Tuesday 3/12/24 in the morning. Came in and passed nine people one way, and the same nine going back. The only person to speak to me was the checkout employee. Not one hello, can I help you, etc…. Three people standing at the pro desk, two checkout people at the counters, and four associates standing in the hall. Didn’t feel very welcome.

I buy a lot of things from the Home Depot no regrets.

Everything was very quick and efficient, I also really appreciated that they were very patient and answered all my questions.

I showed up at the stroke of 8PM on a Sunday night just as they closed, yet two employees made special accomodations for me to purchase what I needed for the next days work. They saved me several hours and 52 miles of travel. I can't thank them enough.

Bought a grill and the employee went outside with me to find the one I wanted. We then pulled it up on my phone and he found where it was located in the box and went and got it brought it out to my vehicle and put it in my vehicle. Nice to see hardworking polite employees

The service that I received in the paint department from Jose was unparalleled... I thought that I knew exactly what wanted/needed but, he helped me pick out an even better product for my application and it's perfect! We also perused the store while the paint was mixing and every associate was super welcoming and friendly. I didn't feel rushed or brushed off. This store is fantastic and I couldn't be happier with José's assistance and professionalism. Quality all the way around! Thank you!!

I walked in thinking that I already knew exactly what I wanted/needed but, after José’s assistance, I ended up actually needing something different which was by far superior to my original choice with not much of a difference in price. He made ALL the difference and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you José!

We were having some tile installing problems, doing the work ourselves, the associate that worked with us was great and got us set up with what we needed to complete our project.
