Great help from knowledgeable staff especially from Teresa Coppens,

It is a great store in the aspect that they thrive on convenience and availability in a community that does not have alot of other options. But if the shopper needs assistance, in my experience I usually have trouble finding acceptable assistance.

Evertime I ask for help I hear "I don't know this isn't my area." The isles are overflowing with pallets and it is hard to get a cart through.

My husband and I got home from work and our fridge had died, so we called home depot. Within 20 minutes we had Jen on the line she took our payment and said they were personally delivering it to our house. Within 2 hours they were there with our new fridge, no delivery fees, no complaints, nothing. Jen, Mark and Jacob then found that the fridge would not fit through the door so they took time to take the fridge apart and then get it in the house. They then put the fridge back together for us and made sure it worked before leaving. They did this out of pure willingness to help, and my husband and I could not feel more blessed! They stayed until well after 9 or 10 PM just to make sure we were set with the fridge working and put together right. Devin and I will 100% be coming back and shopping with your company, and you can bet we will be in to the store to speak to the manager and personally thank them for having such 'above and beyond' employees such as Jen, Mark and Jacob. Thank you again home depot! Our house is officially a home depot house!

They have messed up several of our custom orders and have had very rude employees who are not knowledgeable in the departments they work in. I am exceptionally disappointed!

Every employee that I have encountered at the Iron Mountain, Mi store has been friendly and knowledgeable. They are courteous and show a willingness to assistance consumers without the air of being too busy to offer customer service. This type of environment will keep me coming back to this store.

The store was clean and there was great customer service between our cashier and Louis from the plumbing section.

I always have a satisfying experience every time I go to this store. I recently moved in my home and I am involved in a lot of projects, I always find what I need in this store. The staff has always been most helpful.

I have found this store clean, with unobstructed aisles, and convenently located shopping and material carts; and as a senior to find needed help in acquiring items in the store and assistance in loading my purchases. I am also glad to see the varied offerings of quality materials and tools.

The employees here are very helpful. There is always a specialist in the store somewhere. Checkout is fast

The store was clean, staff is very friendly. John was our cashier. He went above and beyond for us as I was trying to get a large load out to the vehicle since my veteran husband was having mobility issues that day!! I love that every time we go into the store and check out, my husband is thanked for his service. Please keep up the wonderful work!!

Home Depot has most of what I need except the Nu Valve toilet valve or something similar.

I find it ridiculous that the cashiers need to ask over and over about credit card

The people are so friendly and helpful! We drive from Escanaba just so we can work with these people.

The female person that came to the paint department is not very friendly. Very difficult to find help at this store, especially anyone with experience. I have been driving to Menards which is 50 miles away for products and the employees there are so much more experienced and helpful than the Home Depot in Iron Mountain.

I live in the UP. The closest Home Depot is in Iron MT. MI. Many of my purchases are made over the phone or I ask a ton of ?? before going to the store to pick up my purchase.. The customer service at this store was second to none. Being a fussy guy I appreciate the clean store. I've ordered things like custom patio doors and windows . All my orders came through sized correctly. Also ordered two freezes that weren't in stock. The sales person answered all my ?? and all went well. The delivery guys that hooked up the freezer were very polite and professional. Fred Mueller
