Seen a lot of new employees provided great customer service

Kind, helpful, knowledgeable staff always make me feel welcome. Hometown feeling with Home Depot dependability, doesn’t get better than that.

I am 85 and need assistance with heavy bags in garden area. Same female employee has helped me on more than one occasion to load a cart with 20 lb soil bags and load my car. Don’t know her name but store should. Works out in gardening section.

I love the Issaquah store. They have hometown friendly with Home Depot products and prices. Doesn’t get better than that!

Older employee in PAX plumbing area showed no interest in helping me with plumbing issues

Asked four different employees where I could find the bags of play sand the web site said were available. They weren't very helpful and two of them sent me to the wrong side of the store. The other two sent me to the correct side of the store but no specific place on the aisle to look.

A few weeks ago I ordered a shade for my bathroom and the wrong size arrived. A Home Depot employee took my issue, resolved it by ordering me a new shade that fits and it’s now instant looks great!

Without asking, I was assisted by a young man from the paint department who happened to see me searching for something in the glue aisle.

I was greeted on entry. Then I was helped by the Home Depot paint representative who helped me find a product for sealing the sand and pavers. Check out was convenient and efficient by another representative. All in all your service was excellent and the representatives made me feel welcome. They were also knowledgeable and provided good recommendations. Thank you, Phil Newton

Check the grain spacing before you buy lumber from H.D. I didn't, and ended up with some "lumber" with a staggering 1/2 inch grain spacing! I could probably make some good balsawood airplanes out of it, but that's about it.

Every time I enter the Issaquah Home Depot store, never exit with a sense of disappointment or displeasure. On the contrary, I exit always fully satisfied and pleased both with the results of my shopping and with the employes whom I happen to deal with.

Slow, dumb staff. For example, I asked a staff member where I could get a roto-zip bit for a drywall project. He said he does not speak English... Bill at the Pro Check out was so slow, I wondered what lesson God needed me to learn as I checked out. Astonishingly - unbelievably slow.

We did some upgrades to our house and we are so thankful for Home Depot and their staff. We purchased light fixtures, new paneled doors, mirror closet doors, door knobs, mirrors, and more. The staff members were friendly and offered so much help. We appreciate Home Depot Issaquah!

I came in and ordered a custom garage door from Rick in your door Department he promised me 15% off starting Thursday 5:14/25 when I purchased the door for $1400 and some odd dollars I was denied the 15% off and the gram total was over $1,000 I will never ever shop at Home Depot again because of this deceit

I selected the Home Depot because they had the product. The experience was so positive they will be a preferred store to go to in the future.

Unlike many other hardware stores, Issaquah actually had the inventory in store, that the online search indicated were in the store. This is important when I need supplies to finish a home repair project, and not waste time hunting for a store that has inventory on the shelf that their online tool shows.

Love going to home depot - they love me and my dog.

This store has greatly improved. The floor employees no longer ignore me and everyone is friendly. Our appliance salesman Vince Baldini was great. He knew his products well and he was down to earth and helpful. He had the answers to my questions!

This trip to Home Depot was genuinely the best Home Depot experience. My wife and I ever had. Alan helped us with the lightbulbs we needed and showed genuine interest in what we had going on. The checkout guy was also super friendly. Whatever changes you have made at that store have made a gigantic difference, good job. Much improved over the last year or two. Keep up the good work and spread this to your other stores

One feature I would try to add is informed greeter that offers clear direction to items . Or improved signage with sub categories

Bought it for a Christmas gift from my wife. Filled with chain oil. Ran it for 5 minutes. Left it on my workbench over night. The next day ALL of the oil was across my workbench and had run off to the floor in a 2 foot puddle. My oil cap was on very tight. Product defect or poor design??

The staff was not going out of their way to help but when we approached staff they were nice. The person in appliances was nowhere to be found, by us of other staff, we were in the store for over 30 minutes. Unclear signage for the appliances and other items we ended up purchasing, even when we asked staff they were not sure about things. There was a forced delivery fee which was not clearly marked and delivery was the only way to purchase the item.

The employee was great he did every thing he could to fill the order. Home Depo is less than honorable. Suggesting sales with installation yet would not warranty the sales nor provide installation.

I did call for the estimator to replace 3 windows and one glass sliding patio door. I went to the Issaquah store at 5:14PM on 12/6/2024. Nobody was available to answer my questions, so I finally went to customer service. They told me everyone went home at 5 PM and would return Saturday at 8 AM. I returned Saturday at 8 AM and waited and waited. Nobody showed up until 8:30 AM. An employee named Jeff from another department acknowledged my presence and noted that I had been waiting a long time. He called around, but there was no response, so I left the store at 8:49 AM.

I spent $8 K. on a flooring replacement project and wish I never started it with Home Depot #4704! They only delivered part of the required materials and one thing that I didn't order. I have called the flooring department 9 times and no one will answer the phone. The installer is scheduled to install on the 4th and I don’t have the materials for them to finish.

Everything is under lock and key, with no employees to help you.
