I have been to this store multiple times with different experiences each time. I am usually an independent shopper whom don't usually requires assistance. However, when I do require it, I definitely like to deal with passionate people about what they do. For a while I went to this store and didn't feel very pleasant experience, it was hard to find someone and/or friendly-smiley faces around. From some time ago to present I have noticed a change every time I shop at this location. Friendly and smiley faces around and attentive personnel all around. Recently I did required assistance and I was amazed by the exceptional service I received by a particular associate named Kelly C, that I think deserves recognition for her passion on customer service that goes above and beyond expectation without hesitation. She is definitively a valued asset to the company. Thank you Kelly C for making my Home Depot's shopping experience the best so far. Hopefully, you can reproduce yourself widespread!

Shirla in the appliance department was very helpful in placing our order of a freezer. She was very friendly and knowledgable making the experience very personable. Thank you!

No one knows what their doing. Long lines. How do you only have 2 registers open on a Saturday in spring? Customer service and self check out were the only registers open. No one to help. Worse Home Depot store I have been to. Go a little further to Orange Park. It’s worth the drive.

The store is always clean and products are easy to find all employees are always friendly and helpful. I so enjoy visiting this store at least two to three times a week. Thanks Home Depot

Found everything we needed. Store was very clean inside and outside. Love the garden center. Girlanda, Jeremy, Aaron and Tammi went above and beyond with making sure we had a good experience and made sure we had everything we needed.

Great customer service! Mason (the manager) is the best! I purchased a solar landscape light and it was missing the battery. He allowed me to come back and purchase a new light! I was SUPER happy! He made me feel like "I mattered"! He's a great manager! Beth was my cashier who was OUTSTANDING!

Excellent rating except for HD employee smoking at garden shop's outside entrance I did not look at outside flowers because of cigarettes smell.

In plumbing dept gentlemen was very knowledgeable and helpful. I plumb for a living and I put him to the works on parts that are hard to find. He passed. I will be back

Great store until it comes to paying only cashier available was customer service or garden center. I know we are becoming a self serve world but some people don't want to scan a lot of big items.

The place is always neat. Things were easy to find. And if needed people are friendly and knowledgeable. Cashier number 5 is always helpful, very professional. Good to have people like that.
