Excellent customer service
I had to return to the store to correct an error in my delivery order from the previous day. I watched as the cashier scanned my entire, hand picked, lumber order on my cart, but the scanner only recorded 1 of 21 boards. While this could have been an unpleasant experience, Nolan handled it with professionalism and good humor. The 20 boards had been returned to stock so It required the cancellation of the initial order and starting over which he handled without frustration and made the experience as pleasant as possible.
Errors happen - Nolan makes them seem like a good time!
