Friendly and efficient staff. Decent prices and well stocked

For a small store, they have an decent amount of products but the staff is exceptional.

This store always seems to have inventory on hand which is obviously a good thing. Employees treat us like friends even though we do not know each other. Always a positive experience.

It is always a pleasure to see Robin Leonard at Home Depot! Pointed me to the aisle I needed and found exactly the specialty item I was looking for. Store was clean and neat and the Flowers and Herbs were well stocked!

Great store. Very friendly and helpful employees.

We had an issue with a battery and a warranty. We were told by Ray to bring them in and he would replace them. We had already shown him the paperwork. When we got back with them and the paperwork, he then decides to make calls and says, no. I won't replace them. Well, why lie to begin with. Why did he not say, bring them back and I will see. Why say for sure you would. That is shady business so be careful when shopping there because there is no telling what kind of lies you will be told.

Excellent Service !!

This is a well stocked store every time I go there to shop. People are very helpful. They are very helpful with self check out if you have a problem. The whole store is a pleasure to shop at. I wish we had a Home Depot like this In Ellijay, Georgia.

Janet was my cashier and she was particularly lovely!

I was beyond disappointed that the registers at the center entrance are now "Returns" not checkouts! The product I wanted was just to the left of the center but I would have had to go to the Contractors entrance at the North end as the Garden entrance at the South entrance was not staffed. (after I went there) Finally Louise at the Returns did check me out as I was on the way to the North checkouts. Having said this, the store was clean, and I have mostly had great experiences in the past. The employees are great and helpful. This is a very community involved store and I thank them for that. NOW put a checkout register at the Center entrance.

It like shopping at home

This store exemplifies true customer service and knowledge of products offered. Customer service is far greater at this store than at other store including other Home Depot stores I've recently visited. Ever employee greeted us with a "Can I help you find something", they were knowledgeable and very attentive. We will shop at this location from now on.

We have used this store for over 11 years. We purchase about anything and everything from this store. We purchase flooring and appliance. We have never had a bad customer service with the store employees. We did have one bad experience with a recent purchase of our washer and dryer but I can't count this one bad experience with all the years of excellent experience. This is why I can't give a 5 star rating.

Jasper Home Depot is always well stocked.

Sometimes difficult to find an employee to assist me. If a customer is standing in front of a section and an employee walks by, they should offer assistance especially when the customer has been standing there for 10 minutes obviously looking for something ( plumbing section).

Great Store and the employees are very helpful at this store too.

Jasper Home Depot has great services sure all of your stores do just letting you know that I’ve helped sell over 10 gallons of yalls premix 2 cycle gas for weed eaters and chainsaws ppl have ask if it works good and I tell them would not put anything else in my chainsaw that you can really tell the difference a great product that y’all sell and buy the way one of yalls employees is the one that recommended it to Meyers it is pricey but worth every penny in my book so like the old saying if someone shares something helpful to you pass it along to others

Good service and fast service

This is Customer friendly store. The Salespeople AND the Managers of different departments. Products I needed were in stock. I received assistance right away. The Associates were friendly & I received all the assistance I needed. This store is always clean & organized.

Glad this store carries a better variety of home improvement items than other stores in the area. It can be real frustrating when folks dont have what you need when you are in the middle of a project. Super Customer Service too. I will definitely keep using this store in Jasper Ga.

Great customer service.....28 degrees here today but an employee insisted on loading 6 bags of mulch into our car and extremely helpful and courteous! Employees always willing to assist....store very clean ....good experience!
