Had a great experience with a young lady that helped cut the turf for us, I now have it for my greenhouse.

Best customer service. Helped me order an item, pay with a gift card, and pay the balance due. Friendly and knowledgeable lady.

Veola Swannagan was the specialist that helped me she is amazing and anytime I need something I will ask for her personally! This was my second time I purchased major appliances from this Home Depot and she helped me. Each time she made it a point to do anything she could for me! She is an asset to that department

I had bought a washer and something was wrong with it. I called the store and Ashley answered the phone…I’m so glad she did. She called and got my return set up for me and even helped me order a new washer. She is a great employee and was so kind. I was having a terrible night and she helped me out so much just by her kind words and her doing all the work for me. I really appreciated her! More stores need people like Ashley!!!

If youre a contractor or commercial customer , don't bother with the prodesk. Evidently that's where they train new hires now. You're on your own.

Maria in the Appliance department was super helpful. She answered all of my questions with patience and knowledge.

Brought in a poor sample of existing paint color from the wall of our kitchen. The attendant cleaned it up and proceeded to generate a match. She put a dab of the new paint and then dried it on the sample. One could NOT distinguish the existing from the new dab. When applied at home the paint covered in one application and matched perfectly.

You better hope what you need is in stock. I ordered an outdoor patio bar for a gift. $1700.00! Was supposed to arrive on Thursday. Here it is Friday and no one has any clue where it is. Everyone blames someone else. Went to store, called home depot.com and went to freight company. No one can tell me anything. Ruined the birthday present and the party.

when I ask for help no one was willing to show me what I ask for yes they told me where to find it or pointed me in the general direction but none of your employees where willing to take me where I needed to be.

Plenty of material in stock to refloor our youngest daughter's room to match our oldest daughters flooring we redid a year ago.

The Jonesboro HD employees are always very helpful and very friendly. But trying to make a selection in the power tool selection is not user friendly - very frustrating. It would be helpful if the display units were labeled and easily identified. I left without making a purchase.

I bought a ream defective water heater three months ago, which was actually eight years old and had to pay my Plumber $400 to remove the old one and install the new one in Home Depot does not care. What a disgrace to keep a water heater on the shelf That is eight years old.

Veola Swannagan is the CHAMP! She helped e two days in a row purchase a refrigerator and then a washer and dryer set. She was super sweet, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire experience both times. I recommend Home depot but recommend Veola specifically. This young lady is doing it right!
