Store employees was very helpful with my search for the products I needed, and checking out was a breeze.

for some reason I couldn't find the LG dryer (DLE1101W) in stock in other stores (lowes said they had one in stock, but found out it was a floor model that was not for sale, but listed for sale). I went to the Jonesboro rd store (#123) and got one on clearance (from $689 to $450) plus an extra 20% off. Looks like christmas came early for me.

This is the store to come and get the supplies you need at the house.

Fayette Pavilion Home Depot store is the bomb! I love shopping at Home Depot. We live two miles away and for our rental properties we shop at the Fayetteville store at least 6 times a week.

The store was very clean and organized, during the weekend of black Friday. All the associates the was very friendly and eager to assist me in finding the products, that I was looking. I found all the electronic and tools, that I purchased. Mrs. Ernestina (Cashier) went above and beyond to help me locate the rebate for my purchase. She called other stores to get a copy of the rebate form and spoke with manager to help locate the form. I will recommend and continue to shop at the Jonesboro Rd Home Depot Thanks Everyone

I can't say enough about the level of customer service I experienced at this Home Depot location, while shopping for an artificial Christmas tree on Black Friday! Sales associates were helpful and patient, answering questions and providing information. They gave me space to make my decision, all the while remaining nearby if I had more questions or concerns. A main concern was my ability to get the box into my home, so I was hesitant to make the purchase. The store manager offered to have my purchase delivered, free of charge, to my home on the same afternoon. His generosity was overwhelming and unexpected! Sold! The cashier was courteous, efficient and friendly. The sales associate who brought the package to my home was professional and respectful. This shopping experience certainly was above and beyond my expectations! Home Depot on Jonesboro Road in Atlanta - you have a customer for life!

The store may not have been the easiest to access but the store associate, Tonya Jennings, was of great help to me in finding everything I needed.

On each visit to the store associate recognizes and assists me even if in other departments.

I received excellent service from the service desk cashier Ernestina-exb555. She went out of her way to help me with online return that was damaged. She also called homedepot.com and told them about the damaged item and made sure that my item was reordered.

I was impressed with the sales associated in the garden department. We were in the store October 12, 2015 around 12:45 pm the associate was busy hosing the area. He stopped to assist us with the vegetable plants and answer our questions in regards to vegetable seeds for the fall. The cashier was quick and friendly. This was my first visit to that Home Depot while visiting that area. I will visit the store again.

This store is a wonderful store. Everyone there is so helpful. I have been going to this store for a long time now.it's the best.

Nice store and convenient location. Not too crowded like other stores, but the self service check out registers was slow. Biggest concern was the homeless camp living under the trees and bushes on the perimeter of the parking lot, towards the gas station. They were installed with chairs and furniture. Many pan handlers on the entrance street, towards McDonalds. Would not feel comfortable sending my wife there by herself.

Good store to browse around and get ideas. Found new approach to a project i am planning.

The outside area was on the dirtier side compared to other stores. The associates were awesome. Very helpful. Walked me to the item I was looking for. She was friendly and had a great smile. It started my day in a good way!

The store is always free of clutter. Associates are visable and available to assist with questions and/or, give their expert opinion on a product and it's functionality. Check out process is easy and the return process is expedient. I love this store.

We went to the Home Depot Store to look and plan with no intention of purchasing yet. We were stopping in after a long days work; we thought it would take too long and would be very wearing on us if we shopped at that time; However, to our surprise the Associate was very professional, and gave us such complete assistance that we were able to go ahead and make our purchases. He took the stress out of the shopping experience. We needed human assistance when we went into the store, and the Associate was there to help us. Thank God for help when we need it! Home Depot, thank you for hiring such quality Associates to assist us when we stop in to look, and plan!

The store was clean and products very Easy to find. Sales associate was very Helpful and knowledgable.

The associate Mr Stanton was very helpful with me getting all of the items on my list. He was patient and kind and very knowledgeable in just about all of your departments. It made my visit a breeze as if I hadn't had his help, I would have only bought a few items and left the store. Also, a sales associate in household cleaning was very helpful to both of us when I inquired about Granite Gold cleaner. Mr Stanton missed his lunch assisting me. But this didn't seem to bother him nor did it change his level of service to me. Thank you for hiring such competent and devoted employees--it really does matter.
