You know, the last few years have been a bit of a challenge on the social and economic fronts and you people have been hanging in there with a tough grip on quality service, adequate inventory and great attitudes. I commend your stalwart commitment to our community of Juneau, AK and I thank all of your staff for keeping the doors open, inventory stocked, prices low and smiles aplenty.

Jessica was amazing!
I had had issues with getting misinformation from another employee and Jessica went out of her way to find out what was going on. She called me when an item similar to the one I had been hoping for was in stock.
Only saying good because of the issues with the other employee.

Incredible help from employees
I walked into the store unsure how to tackle my electrical needs. A great employee by the name of Dale Hicks helped me within a minute of walking into the store from start to finish. He educated me on my products and on understanding the basics of working with electronics. Afterwards I felt more confident about installing the products myself.
Dale even helped me attain discounts on all my items and with them helped me to my car. I have not encountered such great customer service in the last couple years like I did here, so much so, I felt touched to leave a review. I will definitely be coming back to this location again and hopefully tackling more handyman things with confidence.

The associates were very helpful in answering questions. The size of the store was a bit overwhelming at first. I live somewhere we do not have stores nearly half that size

Great price and quality products
Looked everywhere for a certain item and either couldnt find it or it was poor quality. Went to Home Depot and a sales associate helped me find exactly what i needed at a great price!
