Thomas and Akash are a dream. I had to return a toilet 3 times because I kept getting the wrong size completely my fault and they handled all 3 visits door to door. They made an awful experience so pleasant.

When is someone going to win in Florida?

The store and bathroom are nice and clean and organized.

I had a frustrating experience at the Jupiter Home Depot. It happened nearly one year ago, and I can say without equivocation, that I have shopped in that location 2-3 times per month on average since the day it opened (10+ years ??). I started buying Ryobi tools when they first came out - affordable necessities. Their quality has dramatically improved over the years. The jigsaw I bought yesterday was added to the stapler and the inflator I purchased in the past month. I now own 14 Ryobi tools and have not had a problem with any of them. I especially like the "bells and whistles" on the jigsaw and am confident they will come in handy.

I FOUND THAT IN EACH AISLE THERE WAS AN EMPLOYEE TO HELP WITH ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT A PRODUCT AND GAVE THEIR HEARTFELT, EXPERT ADVICE WHICH WAS A HUGE HELP. THEY ALL WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY. GREAT STORE!

Was helped from the moment I entered the store all the way the thru the 20 items I purchased in addition to the staff helping me load 2 toilets onto a cart and in to my car .

The store should be more careful about the products being imported from China as the quality is often poor.

MY PURCHASE WAS VERY DETAIL INVOLVED AND "AKASH" DID AN EXCELLENT JOB IN HELPING ME.

After wondering the store unable to find what I needed, an employee asked if I needed help. He was patient listening to my repair project and found supplies that allowed me to complete the job successfully. Many thanks to the "grandfathers" who have years of practical experience and have taken the time to learn the inventory at Home Depot. They are the reason I go back the Home Depot in Jupiter.

I rented a big machine for the day and while on the job site the machine stopped working…I called the store and they helped me navigate next steps with repairs. I went back to the store and picked up another machine so I was able to keep the crew moving forward.

Needed 100 ft of wire. Employee pointed out that the 125 ft roll was significantly cheaper than the cut to size.

Abundant good quality mulch and great outdoor products. Never disappointed.

Douglas, from customer service, went above and beyond any expected level of service to help us resolve a problem that was not the store's fault. Very impressed and thankful!

Beware of trying to buy clearance items at this store! I was told by two associates a battery and charger came with a clearance mower. The manager would not honor those statements and would not give any compensation for the amount of time it took me to wait on a manager (nearly 1 hour). Also the item would not ring up correctly!

I could spend all day in the garden section. Employees are helpful and know a lot about the various plants. It has everything I need to purchase for my garden.

Cashier Douglas was very rude today and I am disappointed in this unprofessionalism. Doug it is not your place to question someone return and say “really “ when I’m returning dead plants because they died within days of getting them here . I buy hundred in plants and a few were sick and yes that is common at this nursery if you go there you’ll see not all the plants are healthy ! Rude customer service sometimes I wonder if it is racism… not cool either way.

From the day Home Depot opened in Jupiter, I have been a steady customer. Recent changes have improved my user experience dramatically. Today’s in and out was influenced by positive interaction with several staff members, rapid location of the various needed items and efficient, rapid checkout.

We’ve been fixing up our house and have made several trips to Home Depot and have had exceptional service from several of the team members at the Jupiter location. John in flooring was so kind and was able to help find missing items from our flooring our. He went out of his was to help us. From our other visits Becky also provided excellent service with a smile. Most memorable is being greeted by Kimberly at the front registers of our visits and remembering my family and I each time. Love this location. They have made our home improvement experiences so much better!

It would be nice to have a way of getting help when shopping with a devise in the different depts. shoppers can press. If noone is available it's very difficult for older people or those with physical disabilities to go all over to get help.

Your store are well stocked and staffed, I visit many stores in my travels from Port Saint Lucie to Delray Beach and I have yet to be treated badly, the most friendliest people work at Home Depot and they know their stuff too as a general Contractor I want someone who knows more about the products I want to buy and for that I shop only at Home Depot First...
