I bought a power tools, Ridgid power driver and circular saw and I no regrets of buying at all as it works even beyond my exoectations

I had a cordless handheld vacuum to return/exchange because it would not charge. The cashier told me that they do not do exchanges only returns. I asked to speak to a manager, when this older gentleman came over with a resting attitude on his face from the start. I explained that it wouldn’t charge. He said “isn’t it cordless?, it doesn’t have a cord.”. Had he looked at the box that was in my hand, he would have seen it in fact came with the wall charger! He then told me that my return was out of time/date to do so (as he pointed to my phone) & said “it says right there”. Again, had he bothered to look himself, it said December 2022! He then walked off. I asked the cashier to please call another available manager, when he picked up the phone to call the back office, the older black gentleman walked back over, tapped him on his shoulder, told him to hang up the phone & not to call anyone else. It wasn’t the kids fault, however the manger was very unprofessional from the get go. I did try to ask 2 other people for a manager but was directed back to the same one in front that was unhelpful. So I just left the store. The simplest things, are not worth arguing over. I went to the Cinco Ranch location the following day & was greeted, helped & they went over & beyond to get me my replacement. The Cinco location is a little further for me, but I will make sure they get my repeated business from now on. Just because I am a female, doesn’t mean I do not know my tools or can’t read a receipt! I do however know when someone is unhappy with their job.

Great experience. Lovely Sales Associate actually asked if he could help. Only another female will appreciate the rarity. Most hardware associates suddenly become "busy" when they spot a female. Not this one, NKM39RK, he listened to what I needed and showed me what I wanted. No pressure, answered all my question and didn't waste my time. Best experience in a long time.

I have been getting my projects done by this store. The doors and windows area amazing no complaints Love the young lady at millworks I believe her name is Abby. She has done a fenomenal job on handling the installation of my doors and windows as well as my garage door opener. I would also like to say the flooring department is great too especially the gentleman who helped me with my order named Robert Peña amazing job keep it up. Who ever their supervisor is they have extraordinary team members. I have impressed with this store and how professional they handle everything. I would also like to give a shout out to I believe her name is heather for answering one of my questions when she was off the clock she didn’t have to help me or answer my question but she did thank you again. Will definitely do more business at this location and with these amazing staff.

I needed hardware for a pocket door. The associate who helped me find the parts was great! He knew right where they were

I’ve been here many times, and when I ask for help, they always make it a point to help me. I really appreciate that they treat me as an equal and don’t talk down to me even though I’m a woman, as I’ve unfortunately experienced that at other home improvement stores and auto shops. The employees have always been helpful and respectful to me, and friendly to my young boys when they have to accompany me. I have always left with the material or knowledge I needed to fix whatever issue I’m having at home.

Went in to purchase filters for home and originally purchased 2 filters. As soon as the transaction was completed, Mr Anees stopped me and informed me that I could get two more filters for the same price. Had grabbed the filters originally from a wingstack from the middle racetrack but had no pricing, but when retrieving the additional two filters from their home location the special was posted along with pricing. I am grateful for Mr Anees’ intervention and going above and beyond. Additionally miss Nkechi’s at the service desk made my exchange/purchase seamless and was very courteous.

I was very pleased with the knowledge and expertise the associates had at store 0534. They helped me complete my remodeling project perfectly.

Yesterday, I went to Home Depot and had an excellent encounter with Chelette. He was very knowledgeable when it came to helping me pick out a new ceiling fan. He was very patient and knew what he was talking about. I would definitely recommend him for a raise because he was able to direct me to the other areas of the store in which I needed help with.

Staff members not very helpful, I was buying a milwaukee tool with free battery, I was having problem with getting my free battery, staff members with zero knowledge of promotion.

This store has a great selection of many different items. I will be back.

I was shopping at HD on 06/14 on Fry rd, Katy, TX 77449 and was assisted by Marcus as he was helping me to find a good pine wood for my garden. He was very helpful and patient. Thank you for his excellent service.

I don’t usually do this, but this place has the most amazing and helpful staff that’s there! They greeted me as soon as I walked inside the front doors, when I headed to look for the items I was looking for, an staff member help me all the way with all the things I needed. I didn’t break a sweat looking all over the place since I was being help throughly! I don’t know how people can say that Buc-ee’s has the cleanest restrooms in Texas? Definitely this place has the cleanest and good smelling restrooms you can think of! Props to the lady that works hard cleaning and maintain them this clean! I can say this was a 10/10 experience and definitely looking forward to my next purchases at the store!

Just because you enter this store doesn’t mean you are shoplifting, as soon as I entered I was followed around no one even greeted me I understand that its a problem with thieves but everyone is not in this category!!

On so many occasions they don’t have enough stock. They don’t even carry lots of items that Home Depot carries in other stores.

From start to finish this was hands down the best buying experience I have ever received ever. Everyone was so pleasant. Our sales rep impressed my sister so much a week prior that she made me go back just to meet him. He is the Canadian fellow and he helped us out tremendously. He was fantastic and we appreciate him so much. He was very knowledgeable and patient with us. He made this experience so seamless.

I was greeted and asked if I needed help quite a few times. I needed help this time. Finding grinding wheels. And came out with everything I shad needed.

I made a purchase of a GE refrigerator side by side door with the help of the appliance specialist, Annette, and she did a very good job. I will definitely make sure to make purchases with the help of Annette in the future.

THIS LOCATION DOES NOT HAVE CASHIERS ANYMORE, THE CUSTOMER HAVE TO DO THEIR OWN CHECK OUT, THAT'S MEANS WORKING FOR FREE AT HOME DEPOT.

I usually know what I go in for, like walking around to see if I find something new or helpful to a project, but find it sad that you have to come across employees who choose to be extremely rude when you interrupt them on break. 1: I didn’t know you’re on break, 2: the lewd and explicit language you’re using on the phone in front of customers while on the sales floor, should be toned down a bit.

Be prepared to check yourself out. All automated for the consumer. Customer experience is less than desirable and will not return.

I came to rent a machine and The associate there(Damian M.) was really trying his best with so many customers and just him at that time in that department, tried his best to take care of the customers and me. He was thorough with details about the pricing and information about the tool. Great Customer service right there!!!👍

Any time I pause and look confused or frustrated the staff asked if they could help. Wish I’d gotten their names to note here.

Had the best experience buying a new washer and dryer with Home Depot.

Annette, appliance specialist, did a great job at making sure that the wall oven and microwave I picked out was the right one. She also made sure that I got the best deal possible with all applicable discounts and coupons. She was great at follow-up. Outstanding job from start to finish. She has a beautiful attitude and matching smile! Make sure you keep her!
