Employees are never around to help. Always have bad experiences at this location.

Customer service works and will do ALL that they can to help the fix a customers issues. Several times I have wanted a particular item, the items was out of stock or something and the manager found a way to take care of me. Either with a comparable or better product or for a better price. Then I am typically escorted to the register to customer service to ensure the transaction goes smoothly. This is better than competing companies by far. Also, this Home Depot typically keeps items stocked up. I can find items at almost anytime I need to get because the aisle is not blocked off for stocking time. Last, this Home Depot has a pleasant and confidant feel to it. Most employees seem to know what they are talking about and the store seems more energetic than competing stores.

I shop at this location regularly. There's another location pretty close to me but I do not receive the same service. Great staff!

Store is clean and well organized, with numerous choices of simular items. Sale staff if friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I bought a new house late last year and have been making improvements. The folks at this store have consistently been very helpful with questions and advise - I gladly recommend them.

I went looking for 2 specific items and the associates at this location helped me find exactly what I was in there for. The cashier was also very cordial and it made my experience enjoyable.

One of the store's staff that I had not met until recently really demonstrated the level of customer service that first brought me to Home Depot from the other big box store. Her name is Allie and in the past two weeks she has gone above and beyond the level of customer service I normally experience. She is a great asset to the store and their customers.

Go see Mr Bill or MJ (Mike) if you have any lawn questions- they really take the time to help!

Each time I go to this store I can find what I want. Sometimes I'll ask an associate and they are always friendly and helpful. I've compare prices at time with the blue box store and they are more times than not have a lower price. I've never had a problem bringing items back and it is always no questions. I've been going to this store for about 8 years now and can't remember ever leaving the store disappointed. My wife even enjoys going with me when just looking or to buy certain items. Glad this store is so close and that they have what I need.

Our company was overcharged for plywood we didn't buy. Worse yet, several sheets also had voids and de-lamination. Manager on duty was very unhelpful and abrasive. I'm a regular contractor who buys $$$ product multiple times a week. Check your receipts and invoices carefully.

The employees at this location are always so helpful. They take time to answer any questions you have regarding any product and will explain how to use or install.

I was shopping for a garbage disposal at other stores, Home Depot had the best prices and everything I needed to get the job done.

This is a great Home Depot store. The location is easy to get to from Katy and everything is real easy to find.

Returns person was slow and depressingly miserable. If you don't like your job, find something else. Out of stock on the 3.5" screws I needed.

There is more people to help and this is the only store I remember I have been ask if I need any help

Staff is extremely helpful and I always find everything I need when I visit the store.

Out of stock on common items like screws and bolts in hardware, plywood, and the like. No associate help in key areas like flooring and hardware. Employees do their best to not help with required tasks like getting items down and out of stocks. Very poorly managed, poor service, and unhappy staff. The store motto seems to be "that's not my department".

Mens room was a nasty disaster. Otherwise store was fine.

Has everything you need! Just the best store around the Katy area
