The staff/associates at this location are eager to assist in finding products and making recommendations about the use of certain items. Unlike the biggest competitor they will actively look for ways to assist.

I was glad to find a selection of 4" by 4" tiles so we could match the style in our old shower. Other stores only had modern tile selections.

I wanted single home residence irrigation and other related items for house work and I found those at affordable prices.

Sales associate would not attempt to honor my promo code coupon. Said they don't do that anymore. Why have a coupon that they won't honor.

I run a small Fencing Company and use this Store exclusively. Store is Always Clean! Staff is Always friendly and willing to help. No need to shop anywhere else.

the cashier was patient with a customer in line in front of me. The customer kept asking the price of something on sale and the associate kept telling her how much it was. It was hot and humid and I was getting irritated being in the heat waiting for the customer to make up her mind. She finally did not take the items she kept haggling about. I told the cahier I was impressed with her patience.

Had to ask where the Electrical Dept was (No directional signs). The GFI Tester was $1 more than Wal-Mart and both were made in China.

The store was full of people, everybody was very busy. The cashiers had long lines waiting. When it was finally my turn to check out the Lady helping me was in a great mood and it made the wait worth while

Prefer to shop here versus the competitors - better prices

Not going to say my whole experience . do to I myself work retail . But I will same if you plan on going shopping at Home Depot at 9:30 at night be prepared to be rushed and I mean rushed out of the building at 9:55 PM .

My neighborhood Home Depot reminds me of my hardware store I used when I was growing up. For the most part the folks there are knowledgeable about their products and very helpful when i am working on a project.

I like Home Depot and overall I find their associates helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable throughout the store. I had the opportunity to talk with an associate in the garden center about fire ants that were taking refuge in one of my trees. First, he helped me identify what type of tree it is (a yucca). He knew quite a lot about it. He suggested a treatment for the ants as well as other uses for the product. There were none on the shelf, so he found another associate to look it up and retrieved an unopened box to give me one. He saw me as I was selecting some plants and I asked about another flower that is very similar to it. He knew the one I was thinking of and called it desert rose but laughed because he didn't know the Greek name for it. And I only knew the Greek name for the one I was buying! I showed him a picture of a bush that I was fond of and he identified it right away without even hesitating. He told me when he is at the store and told me to come back again if I needed any future help. I put his name in my contacts and the days he works and will definitely direct my garden questions to him. I wish I could put his name here but the guidelines say I can't. He is a gem.

Better selection than Lowes. Good pieces and prices.

The associate's were all very helpful and polite. Items I needed were easily located. Checkout was fast. The store was organized and clean.

Almost every trip is great. My only issue was one occurrence in which it took over 20 minutes to find willing help to get plungers (the shelf was out of stock, but the item was in a box overhead). I just needed someone to climb a ladder, but the greeter I asked said their shift was over and they walked away and the department didn't come to help when pages. Customer service finally helped. Unfortunately, this was the one trip that I had my wife and newborn waiting in the car instead of coming by myself, so the impact of prolonging a "quick trip" was exasperated. Proper shelf stocking could have avoided the whole incident. That being an exception, I find products are generally available.

Since moving to Katy two years ago, I have visited the Home Depot on many occasions for everything from plumbing, lumber, lawn and garden and tools. I have never been disappointed with the customer service , knowledge and willingness to help me find what I need and great advice on how to complete projects. The staff is friendly, professional and I always feel like they have time to assist me. I don't shop anywhere else for my home needs.

My order was placed on a flat-bed dolly. There was a fine young man who rolled it out to my car and loaded it for me. I thanked him and tried to get him to take a five dollar tip but he just smiled and told me he was glad to be of service. Kudos to the young man. People like that are rare indeed.

The store was well kept and the associates were very friendly.

Nice selection, friendly people. I purchased items to restore furniture. The associate didn't advocate the painted paint sticks, but tried to assist as much as possible.
