I was looking for something can make my lawn looks better in winter. This is my first time own a house and first time deal with lawn. The employee (I cannot remember his name, he is kinda like 50+ years old working in the garden) was showing me what I need, training me what should I do to take care of the lawn, and even did the demonstration. The professionalism made me definitely will come back shopping in this store again.

Great location, organized and clean. Employees are helpful, patient and professional. Highly recommend this store.

I have used my Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) membership card to confirm eligibility for the veteran's discount at a multitude of Home Depot stores for years. This morning my veterans discount was denied because the Fry store does not "bend the rules", i.e. they only accept a limited number of documents as confirmation of military service to qualify for the veterans discount. I can assure anyone that the VFW has strict (select time periods of service in overseas locations with hostilities) eligibility qualifications that are independently verified.

This review could change if problems were resolved. I've never witnessed a manager throwing new employees (left to work alone in customer service) under the bus before. Our will call was over 24 hrs late, and the contractor was told to come back tomorrow and he'd have to pull it himself. (I didn't believe the contractor, would you?) BUT- After confirming that it was actually TRUE, I called Kenny/MGR. Instead of diagnosing and fixing the problem, he was unapologetic I had to pay for multiple contractor trips, and more concerned with humiliating the employees while trying to involve me. Unnecessary, they were professional and eager to help. Don't ruin them. Not the store we've worked with for decades. It starts at the head. Do better.

Ladies at register are helpful and friendly. Employee through out the store are nice but you have to locate them. They need more help on the floor.

Great Service

Overall, the store was easy to get around. We had a great experience with Sam, whom works in gardening. He was very helpful and patient. He even walked us out to load up our SUV with all of our items. Thank you Sam for making this a trip a great experience!

This store has excellent service friendly and helpful employee's. I shop here all the time and will continue shopping here for all my home improvements.

Well kept store!

There’s a store closest to my house, but I always rather drive a little more and come to this store because everything I need is always in stock, workers are awesome, and if that’s not enough there’s awesome restaurants around it and it’s close to I10. Store is always clean as well.

This store has awesome service, every and other day and I always find everything I need. Workers are always nice and kind as well.

We are remodeling our home. Some parts ourselves other parts with contractors so in and out of the store a lot. Everytime customer service top notch compared to competitors.

Very rude unprofessional employees.

The team members were pleasant and very accommondating. However, it appears as though the store has a vermin issue. I opened the contents of the item purchased to find a sizable amount of vermin feces in the box.

I am familiar with this store and it is the closest to me, that's why I go here. The inside is consistently in fairly good shape/order. The outside (parking lot) is very congested and many times dirty/trashy. I like the BBQ stand out front...GOOD BBQ by Frank! The day labor pool that stand and wait for someone to hire them are everywhere throughout the parking lot (scattered abroad). It gives give the feel of an unsafe and unsecure (vehicle parking) environment.

Great help in the Electrical Department finding Klein Tools, and pointing out that a new-and-improved version had just been released. Thank you for adding value and making this trip another good experience!

Overall....my visits are painless.

store was clean, items stocked out side of garden area had carts stocked and conveniently located. I made quick comparisons other brands for soil purchases, loaded items into carts quickly and purchased items in garden department - without having to go into the main store for the registers .

The store is unorganized. Employees stand around talking to each other rather than waiting on customers. Employees are only marking time to get a paycheck in the refrigerator appliance department.

It was convenient for me to go here for what I needed this trip. However, I was going to buy some flowers/potted plants and went through the garden center to see what attracted my attention. I wasn't impressed and actually concerned that most of the plants were extremely dry, many very wilted due to lack of water. I mentioned to an employee that the plants needed water and he just said "I know" and continued walking by me. I decided not to buy any plants here due to concerns they would already be stressed by lack of water and perhaps not do well or even die at a later point in time. Very sad to see this situation at this garden center. When I was inside the store and needed assistance there was a very nice young man from the electric/light bulb dept and went and got the help I needed, so I have to mention him as being friendly and helpful.

I love shopping at Home Depot the service is always great and the associates are always friendly and eager to help you find what you need.

The experience factor at Home Depot has been dropping lately. Especially since majority of registers were replaced with do it yourself checkouts. Today's parking lot "king" took the cake. I parked in the unmarked / unstriped cart storage area. So, an employee threatened to hit the pickup with a pair of lumber carts. After I get out, he mumbles something that sounded like hitting your truck, and when I asked for clarification he stated that is where we put the lumber carts (my term, not his as Couldn't understand but got point). no signage or yellow stripes. no carts prior to me pulling in through one space and parking with nose out. Offered to discuss with him with manager, he declined. At checkout, the new checkouts are a disaster. Had enough, asked for manager. went to next checkout after first made it a point that I was inthe way. Checkout had zero problems. Spoke with manager on way out, brought up parking and cart thing, said he would speak with employee. That must have upset employee because on my way out, he put 2 nested shopping carts in path to block me and then pushed another cart under carport and turned back towards me and ignored. I went around baskets. I have dashcam footage to backup my complaint.

They provide knowledgeable employees to help you every step of the way.
