I had bought the millwaukee heated hoodie online through the HD App.Had to retrieve the hoodie from outside in the contactless pick up.He walked me thorough the processs,and I had to exchange the Large,for an Xtra lg.Im glad I had help,because there was only two left.The Home Depot on Kennesaw was spot on during the entire process.thank you !! I’ll definitely be back!

I go straight to this location whenever I have a long list to fill. This location (#0106) has a variety of items that are fully stocked. I am a satisfied customer each and every time. The cashiers and store attendants are very knowledgeable, very helpful, and more importantly, very kind.

We've been shopping at the Kennesaw/Roberts Court store since we moved to the area 2 years ago. Although there are larger Home Depot stores within reasonable distances, we've always loved this store for the superb customer-oriented staff. We're moving about 10 miles away, with other Home Depot's a little closer to our new home - yet it might be worth the trip to shop at this store as we've always been so well taken care of here.

A very nice man named Jeff helped me load (10) very heavy five gallon bottles of water into my car.

While shopping at the home depot, they asked me if I needed help and if I found everything okay, it was a pleasant experience.

I was having trouble finding an item, even though I had the Aisle and Bin# from my internet search. A nearby employee asked if she could help me find what I was looking for, and noticed that a cardboard display was blocking a view of that item. She moved the display, smiled and said a few kind words before returning to her task.

I bought two doors exterior they were to order me doors with frames but did not they ordered me slab doors I had to take time out of my day to bring them back to get surprised that the doors were so much more money with the frame I was mis lead about the ordering of my doors I hope no one else will have to go through all this confusion it was just a waste of my time they knew I needed doors with frames but did not or did not know how to order the right ones.

I want to take a moment and compliment your employee, Demetria, in the paint department. I have a home paint project that my wife is very particular about. One evening we went together to the store in Kennesaw, GA. Demetria was extraordinarily helpful and very kind. We so appreciate her attitude and attention us. why are you changing everything around in the store?

This is the best HD store I've shopped at. A manger, Annah, solved a problem for me that took some time. All the employees are knowledgeable and happy in their work - that says a lot about this store. My favorite.

I come to this Home Depot all the time. My daughter attends the Kid’s Workshops monthly and this is the closest location to our home. Always great service and tons of parking.

I needed some contractor type fencing not stocked anywhere near me. I thought I'd have to take a long trip to a fence distributor and pay a premium. Fortunately, the HD website directed me to this store for 3 hole, pressure treated rails and posts. The quality of the materials is better than what my contractor installed.

Rick in the Cabinet department was very accommodating and ended up with the beautiful kitchen and my customers were extremely happy Greg at Customer Service and his group are always accommodating and always do a good job for me Eli was very helpful in setting up my Pro account as well and I was very appreciative

This store may not always have the items I need as other Home Depot stores might but, this store has overall, the very best customer services, Ever! Employees don't run from customers but approach everyone with an offer of help. Holly, the Ops Mgr is Johnny on the Spot if she sees you looking around for assistance. She does it all.....cuts wood, cuts rope, helps you decide on raised bed materials, climbs up the highest shelf to bring down the one and only grill you want! Name it, she does it quickly and efficiently.

My experience at the Kennesaw GA Home Depot was outstanding. I have shopped in many other locations and this by far was the absolute best experience I have ever had.

Where have the HD Staff gone?? People, not machines make the customer experience. So few people in-store these days, it leaves consumers walking aimlessly around the store to find products.

Great Service - Clean

I purchased a new LG washer from Home Depot after my 20-year-old machine finally quit last week. Harry was super personable and knowledgeable about all the machines and helped me make a decision. Two days later, I decided to go ahead and get the matching dryer. I came into the store and was assisted by Beth. She was also amazing. Since I opened a new Home Depot card, Beth canceled my original order and put in the new order for the set and it was delivered yesterday, right on time. People really do make the difference and Harry and Beth made a stressful experience easy and enjoyable!

Harry was phenomenal and we will be back for him to help with other appliance purchases. He was knowledgeable, provided all options, listened to our wants, and his customer service was excellent!! He made a lasting impression.

They sold me an appliance and set a delivery date for a product they did not have. I took the day off which takes $250 out of my paycheck to receive the appliance. The next morning after the time the appliance was supposed to be delivered. I am notified by text message that the appliance is rescheduled for delivery. I explained to their shipping department that this cost me $250. They assured me the appliance will be delivered the next days I agreed to give it a second chance, unfortunately. The next day they rescheduled it again. I’ve now lost two days due to this company ineptitude.
