Each HD is laid out differently, pain to find simple things but staff was great

Zach cut two pieces of lumber to specified dimensions for me on two, separate occasions. Zach re-news my faith in the youth of America.

This store experience was one of the smoothest home depot experiences I have ever had! As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted with smiles and asked if any assistance was needed. Once you get to shopping literally everything you need is sitting right there in front of you with fully stocked shelves! The checkout process was impeccable, there is literally associates standing waiting for you to walk up with your items! My hands were full and a cart associate went out of his way to hand me a cart. This is what customer service means to me and it was greatly appreciated and showed at this Home Depot.

Felt at home in this store as everyone was so nice. The staff helped me find the item I needed, and the cashier showed me how to use the self check out. What a great place.

We received Gas dryer instead of Electric. Richard and the store Manager helped and arranged the delivery process with 2 working days. The whole process was dealt professionally.

Ordering washer / Dryer via this store was quick and easy.

The product I was looking for was not a stocked item. The associate in lighting helped me find something close to what I was looking for he was very knowledgeable. He was overwhelmed by the amount of customers he had to help so his attention was not 100% but overall I got what I needed at a good price.

I came in on this visit because I'd purchased the wrong handle replacement for a shower at my house. The associates at the return desk were friendly and processed my store credit efficiently. Another associate directed me to the correct aisle to find shower handles (the previous handle was purchased at another Home Depot). Once I arrived at the display, another associate assisted me in finding the correct handle based on the broken one I brought with me. He was friendly and was able to identify the correct handle quickly. I was out of the store in ten minutes with a handle. Every one was so friendly and helpful. I am glad that this is the store closest to my house.

Quick easy shopping experience. Walked in was greeted immediately and asked if I was looking for anything. She pointed me in the right direction and I found what I needed in roughly 5 minutes. In and out! I've been to a few of these stores and this was the most painless experience.

Checking out was wonderful. Even though we used self checking out. The Cashier Self Check Out Mr. SCOT59 was just great! He wished us a Merry Christmas. I ask him if he was ready for Christmas? He smiled and said I only have to get my food. That made our day that he wished us a Merry Christmas in the first place. That is the way it should be. His smile made a big difference too. I believe "'Jesus is The Reason For The Season" I just know in my heart that he knew that too. Thank you Home Depot for a great Christmas visit.

Stuff were quite friendly and helpful to assist you with purchase at the store.

I went in to match a paint that has been in my home for about six years. I needed the paint to touch up holes and marks on the wall prior to me moving out. I removed a section of paint from my wall (about the size of a nickel) and brought it in. The paint associate put it into a machine which analyzed the paint chip and made an exact color match. It was spot on and I couldn't be happier. This was so much easier than trying to bring in a photo or trying to match the color by eye. Thanks for the great service.

Clean store, helpful store associates. Associates, however could use some knowledge on all departments.

Flooring employee was very helpful with making my decision on flooring. He figured the amount I would need and I purchased the flooring on-line so I would not have to pick it up the same day. Cashier was helpful assisting me with everything I purchased and bagged it, while talking to me about a Home Depot credit card. Happy Days to All Lena

Steve in gardening was very helpful and knowledgeable on the phone. When I got to the store, he remembered talking to me and continued to give me excellent service. Give Steve a Gold star.

I was looking to buy a Two story emergency escape ladder and while looking online at homedepot.com it told me the exact aisle and bin# to find my item quickly. So quick and easy that I was able to go on my lunch hour!

I would love to thank the associate whom helped me order the part I needed to tile my bathroom.

KASHA IS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. AND ALWAYS GOES OUT OF HER WAY TO HELP A CUSTOMER OVER AND ABOVE AND DOES SO VERY PLEASANTLY AND EAGERLY. I PURCHASED PINESTRAW RECENTLY AND THE ONLY PERSON THERE TO LOAD THE PINESTRAW TOOK SO REDICULASLY LONG TO HELP ME THAT KASHA LOCKED HER CASH REGISTER AND WENT OUTSIDE AND LOADED MY PINESTRAW HERSELF. SHE ALWAYS HELPS CUSTOMER WITH A SMILE . SHE IS THE BEST!!!!!

i think there is a shortage of sales associate in some of the department s, and also prices are gone up other than that everything is very good

What made me really enjoy my visit was the friendly, happy, bubbly attitude that our cashier had! She most definitely made me leave the store with a smile on my face! We checked out at the entrance of the store where people usually return items. I didnt catch the girl's name, but thumbs up to her!

VERY FRIENDLY STAFF AND THE STORE IS WELL ORGANIZE AND CLEAN. LOCATION IS A LITTLE ODD BUT ACCESS IS OK.

Everything in the store was clean and neat. I found what I needed for my job with ease and bought some items for my own tool box while I was here because of the convenience the store provided. The pro services phone service took a little while to process but I was handled immediately by an associate at check out. The associate Judy was a pleasure and helpful in finding specific items I needed. Very positive attitude and checked out my personal purchase very prompt while I waited for my store to open for phone service. This is the kind of attitude that makes me want to do business at this store.

I worked on a kitchen remodel and had a short time to finish it. Everyone in the store helped me get all the items and products I needed to complete the project perfectly and timely. Some employees went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and made sure it would be delivered on time.
